Overview
Little Gem is a lovely apartment which certainly lives up to its name.
The apartment is located on the top (2nd) floor of Los Molinos in Costa Teguise and has wonderful pool, garden and sea views. While enjoying privacy and tranquility there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The beautiful Bastian beach is a short stroll away as is the seafront path to central Costa Teguise and several more white sandy beaches.
Little Gem is accessed via a ramp and a private flight of stairs to the front door. On entering you will find the apartment is light and spacious, well maintained, clean and fully equipped.
In the bedroom there is a very comfortable king-size bed with quality linen, ample wardrobe and drawer space, a safe and views over the palm trees to the volcanoes and spectacular sunsets.
Even though you'll be spoilt for choice of places to eat out the kitchen is fully fitted with a full size oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, all crockery, etc.
The bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and a washing machine. Bathroom towels and beach towels are provided.
In the living room there is a large comfortable sofa, flat screen TV with plenty of channels in every language, movies and box sets for relaxing evenings in. The apartment has high speed fibre-optic internet.
Patio doors lead to the spacious and very private terrace with table and chairs for outdoors dining. The terrace has fabulous view of the gardens, magnificent swimming pool (one of two pools available for you to use) and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. You can watch the cruise ships pass while enjoying a glass of wine!

***** La Joyita is a lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped. The views are stunning and all the facilities you need like supermarket, bars, takeaways are all in couple of minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend.
***** My friend and I stayed at Wendie’s place for 5 days over the Easter break and it was wonderful! Firstly, she allowed us to check in early and check out late which made a world of a difference! When we arrived, she came to greet us and we had a lovely chat with her where she recommended local restaurants and generally just welcomed us to the apartment. Throughout our stay she was very quick to respond to any queries we had (within an hour) and she was just a lovely host all around. The apartment itself was so clean and well kept, and was a lovely little gem in Costa Teguise. The balcony really was a sun trap and the added bonus was the beautiful bathroom and big and comfortable bed. The shared pool was a great addition, and the beach was only a 5 minute walk away which was ideal. Thank you so much Wendie for hosting us, we will definitely be back soon to have some much needed rest and sun!
***** Our stay at La Joyita was gorgeous, the apartment was lovely, everything was perfect! The patio was also an amazing suntrap, even when it was windy on the island. There were lots of helpful guides and food recommendations in the welcome pack Wendie provided for us. La Joyita made a relaxing time away even more peaceful. 10/10, can't wait to come back soon!
