Overview
Villa Mo is situated in the popular Playa Blanca area in a peaceful residential neighbourhood.
Arranged on two floors we have on the top floor 3 bedrooms two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have ample storage space with fitted wardrobes in two. There are two bathrooms on this floor both with toilet, shower and bath. There is a dining room with table and chairs and also a sofa. In the fully equipped kitchen we have an oven and hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is also a utility room which houses the washing machine and dishwasher. Here you will find the iron and ironing board.
On the lower level we have a spacious living area with sofas. There is a large flat screen smart tv with an X box 360 and numerous games. There are also books and board games for your enjoyment. This area is naturally lit with floor to ceiling double windows. The third bathroom is on this floor with toilet, shower and bath. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and a set of bunk beds.
High speed Wi-Fi is included, as are bed linen and bath towels.
In the garden we have a pool heated by a top of the range solar cover. Electric heating can be arranged as an extra. There is a corner seating area and day bed along with several sun loungers. The jacuzzi is heated 24/7. We have a swing and a trampoline for the children.
On the terrace there is a large dining table with ample chairs.

I bought the property in April 2024. My partner and I were attracted to the property because of the spacious areas and natural light and the lovely mature garden. Costa Papagayo is close enough to walk to the beach but far away enough to be peaceful.
