Penthouse-sunset

The beautiful PENTHOUS SUNSET is located within the Golf Resort Condado de Alhama. The Resort is guarded 24 hours a day and therefore only authorized persons, guests and visitors have access. The apartment is located on the third (TOP) floor and can also be reached by elevator.

It is suitable for 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms. A large bedroom (with access to the terrace) with a 2-person bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with a walk-in shower with rain option..

The open kitchen has everything you need. There is a fridge with freezer, an oven, a stove with 4 halogen plates and extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. In the cupboards you will find glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, pans and pots. On the terrace (in a closet) is also a washing machine.

The dining area is next to the kitchen and consists of a table and 4 chairs.

The next is the living area with a corner sofa for 4 people, a table, satellite TV, internet and air conditioner (for cooling and heating) and an electric wall panel for heating.

In total there are 3 air conditioners in the penthouse (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), for cooling and heating. We would like to ask you at this point to avoid unnecessary costs and ask for you assistance: do not use the air conditioners when the doors and/or windows are open or when you are on the road! We recommend that you turn on the air conditioner 15 minutes before sleeping, keep the doors and windows closed and then turn it off again.

During the winter these three air conditioning systems can also be used for heating. Furthermore, there are electric heating panels in the living room, bedrooms and in the bathroom.

All the main windows are equipped with fly scrreens, so that insects stay outside and the fresh air can get in.

Always park you car on the parking lot (1532) belonging to the penthouse and close it. The parking lot is covered and is located in front of the penthouse.

We have heard, that in the region unfortunately there are from time to time burglaries and thefts. Fortunately, not with us, but we recommend to close the doors and windows when you leave the penthouse.

The PENTHOUS SUNSET is located within the Luxus Golf Resort Condado de Alhama, which belongs to the city of Alhama de Murcia, which belongs to the province Murcia and is located at the Costa Calida (warm coast). You can either land in Alicante (110 kilometers away from the penthouse) or in Murcia (50 kilometers away from the penthouse) by plane.

In the surrounding area of the penthouse (15 minutes drive) there are various very beautiful beaches. They belong to the Costa Calida (warm coast). This region is known as a very sunny and warm region with about 320 sundays a year.

In Puerto de Mazarron is a very beautiful boulevard with many shops and restaurants.

Within the resort – walking distance from the penthouse – are also various restaurants and a supermarket and also other smaller shops.

In the surrounding area there are almost every day markets, where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit as well as clothing and other accessories. The biggest market – with 150-200 stands – takes place every Sunday in Puerto de Mazarron. It is worth a visit for everyone interested.

The cities in the neighborhood are: Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Lorca, Aledo, Alhama de Murcia, Murcia und Cartagena.

WIFI / Internet
Free WIFI is available in the rooms and on the terrace. You will receive the password at arrival from our keyholder. Please do not touch the router and do not make any changes to it. Should this lead to problems, we will have to charge you this.

Water
In the kitchen there is a special water tap with which you get drinking water through a special filter. This saves you unnecessary towing water canisters from the supermarket!

The PENTHOUSE-SUNSET is located within the guarded luxury Golf Resort CONDADO DE ALHAMA with many possibilities to enjoy the warm and sunny climate. The large 18 m2 terrace with a built-in barbecue offers you plenty of space and a great view over the golf course and the surrounding nature. The terrace (with south-facing) is equipped with garden furniture for sitting and lying. There is also a fixed grill. In a closet is also a washing machine, a hot water boiler and cleaning utensils.

The communal pool is next to the building, it has a special children’s zone and around the pool a sunbathing area. It is completely fenced.

On the other side of the building is a children’s playground.

In both areas (swimming pool and play garden) glass is strictly forbidden. This also serves your own security. In these two areas, only use plastic drinking cups, plastic bottles etc. Furthermore, we urge you to point out the special rules for the swimming pool, pets, trash and all other general areas, which apply to the resort. These rules can be found in the apartment and are also important for your own protection and health.

Part of the rules concerns the use of the shower before you cool off in the swimming pool. If too much sunscreen comes into the swimming pool, the water quality is severely impaired.

In extreme cases, extra chemicals must be added to clean the water and then the swimming pool can not be used for several days. Since no one wants it, we would like to ask you to follow the rules.

From the terrace you have a great view of the 18-hole golf course and the Spanish nature. Since the terrace of the penthouse has a south facing, you can enjoy the sun the whole year – also in the winter. Sun and wind protection are available.

Garden furniture is available on the spacious terrace

Your (rented) car can be parked in the private parking (1532) lot in front of the penthouse.

Children
A children's bed and and (adjustable) children's chair are not available as standard, but you can rent them at a small rate. Please provide this at the time of booking so we can organize these things in time. If you need toys, we recommend the Chinese store at the Urbanization Camposol. There is a large selection of toys for small money. There are also other such stores in Mazarron and Puerto de Mazarron.

The swimming pool has a children’s zone and the sunbath area is completely fenced, so that the children can not easily leave the area. In the vicinity of the Penthouse there is also a children’s playground. There is also the Kids Club Condado.

Shopping
In the surrounding area (Murcia is 20 minutes away by car) there are several big shopping centers with many famous big and small shops. E.g. Primark, El Corte Ingles, Eroski, Ikea and many other big brands and corporations. In these shopping centers are also large cinemas, bowling centers and many restaurants.

Service
Upon arrival at the previously agreed meeting place, you will be received by our keyholders, who accompany you to the penthouse and show you everything necessary and explain it. You will then receive the keys and your holiday can begin. If you need help during your stay, then you can contact our keyholders, who will try to help you with your problems and answer your questions. We will do our utmost to make your holiday a success.

Please bring with you
What you must bring with you in any case, are beach towels for sunbeds and for the beach. Bed linen and towels are provided. A clothes drying rack, an iron and a ironing board are also available. On the terrace there is enough space to dry your clothes.

Car Hire
You can book you car rental from home, but we can also help you with this by contacting you with our fixed service partner. If you would like to use it, please send us an email with following relevant details: airport, numbers of arrival and departure, period, number of persons, possibly child’s seat, number of suitcases, number of cabin baggages, your name and email address.

We will send an email to our service partner – with copy to you – so the offer and any further steps can be discussed with you directly. Upon arrival at the airport you will be met by an employee and driven to the penthouse by car.

At the end of your holiday, you will also be dropped off at the airport.

Most car rentals require a credit card when picking up the rental car. There the deposit is debited in the case that damages etc. have to be charged. Always take good care that you book the right insurance with the car. We recommend the so called “Full insurance” option. Often in the internet you are lured with cheap prices – without the complete insurance cover – and then later the prices are much higher than expected. Our fixed service partner offers the rental car only with the complete insurance, so you do not have to worry. We can also send you a route description so that you can find the way without a navigation system.

Hibernating in a mild climate
The Costa Calida is known for its magnificent summer and mild winters. Therefore, the region also offers a great opportunity to escape the winter: in the Penthouse Golfview at Condado de Alhama. The average temperatures in the winter months are 15 degrees, during the day with sun also warmer.

Our PENTHOUSE SUNSET has a south-facing position, whereby the sun ensures an optimal warming. Furthermore, there are 3 air-conditioning units in the penthouse, which are also suitable to warm in winter. Electric heating panels are also available in the living room and bathroom. For those who want to stay in the penthouse for a longer period during the winter, we have special prices, which we will gladly provide on request.

Long term rentals

Valid in the month November-December-January-February-March.

For a period of 1 month 800 euro per month
For a period of 2 months 750 euro per month
For a period of 3 months 700 euro per month
(The prices include Water consumption and electricity and exclude final cleaning).
Final cleaning: 125 euro one-off.

In addition, it is also possible to book Long Term Rental at a lower monthly rent and the consumption of electricity is charged extra according to consumption.

This is an honest method and especially for people who use electricity economically a cheaper solution!!

Long Term Rental: Valid in the months: November-December-January-February-March.
For a period of 1 month, the price is: 650 euros per month
For a period of 2 months, the price is: 600 euros per month
For a period of 3 to 6 months, the price is: 550 euros per month

(These prices include water consumption and excluding electricity consumption and excluding cleaning costs).

Bond:500 Euro Long-term rentals
We charge 500 euro at long-term rentals security deposit for our apartment. This amount will be returned to you approximately one week after your departure, after everything has been controlled by our key holder and found to be good. If something has broken during your stay, please report this to our key holder.

Should it be necessary, you will be charged extra cleaning costs for extreme pollution.
