Then book this great penthouse! situated directly next to the golf course! The center of Golf Resort Condado de Alhama is within walking distance. The penthouse is close to the coast and other interesting places.

The beautiful penthouse is located within the Golf Resort Condado de Alhama. The Resort is guarded 24 hours a day and therefore only authorised persons, guests and visitors have access. The apartment is located on the third floor and can also be reached by elevator.
It is suitable for 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms. A large bedroom (with access to the terrace) with a 2-person boxspring bed (1.802.00 meter) and a smaller bedroom with two single beds (902.00 meter). The bathroom has a bath with a walk-in shower with rain option.
The open kitchen has everything you need. There is a fridge with freezer, an oven, a stove with 4 halogen plates and extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, table grill, air fryer and a Senseo coffee machine. In the cupboards you will find glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, pans and pots.
On the terrace (in a closet with the warm water boiler) is also a washing machine.
The dining area is next to the kitchen and consists of an extractable table and 4 chairs.
The next is the living area with a sofa for 3 people, a lazy chearwith small table, satellite (International IPTV) TV, high speed internet, blue ray player, stereo music combination, ceiling fan and air conditioner (for cooling and heating) and electric wall panels for heating.
In total there are 3 air conditioners and 3 ceiling fans in the penthouse (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), for cooling and heating. We would like to ask you at this point to avoid unnecessary costs and ask for you assistance: do not use the air conditioners when the doors and/or windows are open or when you are on the road! We recommend that you turn on the air conditioner 15 minutes before sleeping, keep the doors and windows closed and then turn it off again.
During the winter these three air conditioning systems can also be used for heating. Furthermore, there are electric heating panels in the living room, bedrooms and in the bathroom.
All the main windows are equipped with fly screens, so that insects stay outside and the fresh air can get in.
