Overview
Welcome to our spacious modern, private, executive, family Villa, which has been our second home from home for 7 years.
Bit of history, we bought the Villa which was 1.5 bed (550 square metres) from an old Belgian couple at the end of 2015 and have been slowly renovating it since into the comfortable spacious home you now see.
This exclusive private villa now has its own (brand new) sizeable private pool with a spacious fully tiled outdoor area for sunbathing (that gets the sun all day), relaxing or plenty room for activities and the odd BBQ. With outdoor dining table and chairs plus a comfortable cushioned seating area for those long warm evenings, plus some essential shade for the mid-day Spanish sun. With 2 access gates complete with video guest entrance with buzzer facility and by car you can utilise the electric gated vehicle access.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout. Entrance from the front is by an imposing double door with the option of rear access direct from the tiled driveway into the utility room. Inside the Villa after entry from the double doors leads you through the dining area which is complete with a dining table and chairs. In the lounge area there is an extremely comfortable large leather suite seating area ideal for socialising and the odd night in. With a new kitchen area complete with hob, oven microwave and utility with large family fridge freezer plus separate drinks fridge and washing machine.
We have 4 decent sized double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the ability to comfortably sleep 8 plus one room with an additional double bed. As you see it’s a modern feel Villa with double door entrance, a large fully tiled lounge with kitchen and utility. The 4 double bedrooms come complete with air conditioning.
Satellite TV is available with UK channels and good useable WiFi internet available.
The Villa is located on a quiet residential street 10 minutes casual walk into Quesada village centre with it's plethora of bars and restaurants, With parking for up to four cars inside the electric gated entrance and plentiful parking on the quiet street outside. Located a short drive from a choice of sandy beaches with the closest being Guadamar just 10 minutes drive away. If you didn't want to hire a car you could feasibly do without but would be essential to get to the beach.
Just half an hour drive from Alicante airport and 50 minutes from Murcia airport. You also have La Marquesa Golf Club 6 minutes drive away, plus La Finca Golf course only 12 minutes away. There is a Water Park in Quesada, plus a bowling alley, Tennis Courts, Mini Golf and Go-Karting.

We started visiting Quesada about 10 years ago as our friends absolutely loved the area and after we visited so did we! We stayed for a few years renting a Villa for up to 4 weeks. We really enjoyed the village and the plentiful restaurants all in walking distance. There were some very long enjoyable nights out whether in the Indian Ocean, the roof terrace at Antica or the Italian restaurant to name a few. We started looking for a villa of our own in 2015 to use with our large family and found Higueras was a great plot with a super location for all the amenities, that was slightly different to what it is now. Since the 2015 we have slowly transformed Villa Elizabeth, we walled the plot all round, landscaped and tiled the outside and then enlarged the lounge and living area to make it open plan, added 3 new (4 total) additional bedrooms and a brand new pool. We all really enjoy our Villa and are very proud of it and we thought it would be nice to give others the opportunity to enjoy it as we just can't get there as often as we'd like with work and family commitments. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
