Overview
Quesada is a bustling upmarket area & ideal location for that quiet, peaceful, “much needed get away from it all feeling” but yet close enough to all local amenities. The golf course is just a few minutes drive or 6-8 mins walk.
Our Villa is very modern, clean, bright & spacious. All furnishings are of a very high standard. Large selection of DVDs, cds & books. Private 400m2 plot with kidney shaped 8x5m2 swimming pool. This is not a shared pool. Garden & terraced areas with patio furniture, parasols & sun loungers.
This property is a Family Villa & situated in a residential area. Unfortunately I cannot consider Hen or Stag parties . Not suitable for anyone wanting that "wild holiday".
Why choose this Villa?
Although the villa is very private it is situated in an area with neighbouring property. Safe, secure & ideally situated for a perfectly relaxing break. If you want to get out & about, there is lots to do & see but a car is recommended.. Especially for those with walking difficulties. There are lots of local Markets to visit. Rojales, Guadamar, Torrevieja, Santa Pola etc etc. If you know Quesada then you will already be aware that the area is quite hilly in places. Keeps you fit!! (not recommended for elderly, infirm or people with walking difficulty unless intending to hire a car) If not, or if you are feeling lazy then 5 -6 euros is all it will cost to go to the local bars & supermarkets in a taxi.
Bars & restaurants, you have a choice! Quesada centre. Approx 5 mins drive. Nearest bars & restaurants just at the bottom of the hill - 6mins walk. Plenty of supermarkets. Nearest one is about 6 - 10 mins walk. Here you have the best of everything. Peaceful location, fabulous villa, Private pool, friendly & helpful neighbours, Golf & entertainment within easy reach & approx 320 days per year of sunshine.
Additional child or children & additional information
Our Villa comfortably sleeps 4 adults/children in 2 separate double sized bedrooms. A travel cot is available for your use if required ( Bedding for this is not supplied) Also a portable (strap on type) feeding chair
Therefore the villa would comfortably sleep 4 adults + 1 infant using the travel cot.
All bedrooms & Lounge area are fitted with ceiling fans.
Lounge & both bedrooms have hot & cold air conditioning units.
For your additional safety, both bedrooms & kitchen have fire extinguishing blankets fitted to the wall. A fire extinguisher is located in the hallway.
A personal low cost shopping & Taxi service is also available via the housekeeper whose number we will provide you with.
Additional laundry & cleaning service available if required (Just speak to the housekeeper)
Our pool is cleaned & maintained on a weekly basis.
All aspects of this property, cleanliness, security , maintenance & safety are of a very high standard, thus ensuring to the best of our ability a safe, happy & stress free holiday.

This is our fourth stay at this fantastic villa. There is everything you could possible need, a real home away from home. Easy to book, Eileen is always quick to reply to any questions/queries. Kyla was fantastic once we were in Spain. Airport collection and drop off to suit our flight times. Available to call if there are any problems during the stay (which we have never had).
I can not recommend this villa highly enough.

Perfect villa with everything you would ever need!! And very clean.
Fantastic communication with Eileen and Kyla.
We hired a car (I really do recommend a car) and was in easy distance to all of the towns and beaches.
Highly recommended, been in quite a few villas and this ranks very high for value for money! Was very lucky to find it. If your reading this and not booked I recommend you do! As you will be very hard pushed to find better value.

1 thing, if unfit or of a mature age, the hill walk to the villa would not be suitable

Information folder with local market days,suggested restaurants, bike & car hire, Maps, Taxi numbers, pizza delivery etc. Chemist, Clinic, English dentist, Optician , Hospital & Banks are all within easy reach. Air con in both lounge & master bedroom to cool you down in the summer & hot air con to warm you in the winter. Note: 1 x10euro card for the aircon/heating is provided free of charge. Additional cards may be purchased from the house keepers. Your comfort is a main priority. We have installed a large satellite dish bringing you all the main English channels plus many more. For those with young children CBBC.etc..Pool light .There are a selection of sun loungers plus 3 patio table & chair sets, sun umbrellas, gas barbeque & inflatables for the pool.
