The double bedroom with en suite bathroom, is on one side of the villa, while the two single bedrooms with the second bathroom are on the other side. The living room, dining area and kitchen are in the middle. The double bedroom has a airconditioner, ceiling fan and French doors to the terrace and pool. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and louvered windows for ventilation. Air conditioners available in all bedrooms. The living room has a high ceiling and catches natural light. The dining area has a large dining table with six chairs. The living room has two comfortable 3-seater adjustable sofas, 56″ flat-screen TV, and DVD player.
The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and cafetière.
The house can accommodate six people. Villa Citrus has a heated private pool and is 500 metres from the sea, and is close to the lively Marina Rubicon and the extraordinary Playa de Papagayo beach. You can reach the centre of Playa Blanca with a nice walk along the seaside promenade.
The entire villa is on the ground floor is an ideal place for families and couples to spend a fantastic holiday.
