Golf at any of the 40 nearby golf courses. In fact, stroll over to the challenging "Duquesa Golf Club" just behind the apartment.
The apartment is situated in a very sought after development (Los Granados de la Duquesa). The complex features a large, inviting swimming pool (which is monitored by a lifeguard) and has shallow ends for smaller children.
The gardens in the complex are sculpted and immaculately maintained and access to the development is monitored by full-time personnel.
The apartment itself, is very special due to its unique corner location, which directly faces the beach. The front balconies of the apartment overlooks the beach, the chiringuito (which serves excellent fish, tapas and assorted beverage) and a charming pedestrian walkway.
Just a little further away, you can explore any number of charming marinas (puertos) along the coast or wander around iconic inland villages - starting with Casares, Ronda or Arcos de la Frontera.
Step into history at Granada, Cordoba and Seville. All within range of a daily excursion
Visit swinging Puerto Banus or Marbella just down the road - but escape to a quieter place at a moment's notice

Top-of-the-range: Five-star indeed!
Located right on the edge of the beach. This apartment is extremely well-appointed and comfortable. It has all the bells and whistles for creature comforts and yet is very restful and (almost) idyllic. We were there for a week and will be back for more very soon.
The attention to detail is appreciated. All the way from detailed driving directions, to personalized meet and greet arrangements and a welcome basket of goodies.
The landscaped pool is a great hit with the kids. The area has a lot to do and see for everyone. Great eating choices - including several within strolling distance.
