The Villa is located in La Manga Club and set over 3 floors and benefits from two double bedrooms both en-suite with air-conditioning and a third room that has 3 single beds with air-conditioning.
Open plan living with fully fitted kitchen and air-conditioned, with bi-fold doors leading to a dining terrace with barbecue and fantastic views.
There are a further terraces one contains a further dining are, the other two have Sun loungers and seating. The terraces enjoy both sun and shade throughout the morning until early evening.
The villa has complimentary Wi-Fi and a smart TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryers and straighteners.
Panoramic views across the Med, Mar Menor and mountains.
There is a large communal pool with sun-beds and an award winning tapas restaurant, 10 mins walk and you will find Bellaluz square with further restaurants and the Scotsman bar. La Manga resort centre is 20mins walk where you will find further bars and restaurants and a supermarket.
The resort has 3 golf courses and The Racquets Club where you will find numerous Tennis, Padel and Pickle ball courts, at the Racquets Club there is also a gym.
Cartagena is 30 mins drive, tge Kical Village is 10minutes drive where you will find more great restaurants.
La Manga Club is 30 minutes drive from Murcia airport and 1 hour 15 minutes from Alicante Airport.

Hi, we purchased the villa in November 2024 having spent considerable time enjoying La Manga Club, The villa is intended as a family holiday home for many years to come for grown my up children and grand children to enjoy. We intend to rent the villa to cover running costs and invest back into the property, in 2025 we fitted glass in to the terraces and installed bi-fold doors to the living area, the plan is to keep the property contemporary. We’re hoping to renovate the 1st floor en-suite in 2026. We’d love to have repeat bookers year on year to enjoy the property and what La Manga Club has to offer as much as we do. David, Jo and family.
