The living area, with quaint Canarian cuisine, offers everything for your vacation such as a stove, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and a satellite TV with German channels. The bedroom has two single beds and a built-in closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. In front of the house is the terrace and the grill. The casita is located on an 8000 sqm plot with 4 holiday homes. All houses on this finca are on their own with their own property and pool. Each has its own access, terrace and barbecue area. The finca is located in the sunny southeast of the island, about 250m above the town of Candelaria, in Malpais de Candelaria. Here, surrounded by green landscape, you can enjoy the peace and nature on vacation. The beach of La Candelaria is only about 10 minutes away by car.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit einem Schlafzimmer plus Klappsofa im Wohnzimmer für max. 2-3 Personen ausgelegt. Gebaut wurde das Haus mit den Kanaren auf den Kanaren typische Steine, die ein rustikales Ambiente vermitteln. Der Wohnbereich mit einer Küche bietet alles für ihren Urlaub wie Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Toaster und einem TV (spanische Programme). Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und einen Einbauschrank. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Terrasse und der Grill. Der Pool befindet sich im Garten hinter dem Haus. Genießen Sie hier den Beginn des Tages mit Blick in den Garten oder auf Ihren Pool. Sie haben auch einen eigenen Parkplatz für ihr Auto. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem 8000 qm gr. Grundstück mit 2 Ferienhäusern. Alle Häuser auf dieser Finca sind für sich mit eigenem Grundstück und Pool. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Zugang, Terrasse und Grillplatz. Die Finca befindet sich im sonnigen Südosten der Insel, ca. 250m oberhalb des Ortes Candelaria, in Malpais de Candelaria. Hier, umgeben von grüner Landschaft, genießt man im Urlaub die Ruhe und Natur. Zum Strand von La Candelaria sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
