The house impresses with soft sunny colors in all rooms and has a bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room for max. Designed for 2-3 people. The living area with the typical brick kitchen offers everything for your vacation such as stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster and a satellite TV with German programs.

The bedroom has 1 single bed, 1 double bed (1.40 x 2.00m) and a built-in closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet. The bathroom has 2 doors and is accessible from the bedroom, but also from the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided.

In front of the house is the terrace and the grill. The pool (approx. 5.5m in diameter) is in the garden next to the house, as is the barbecue area with pergola. Enjoy the beginning of the day with a view of the garden. You also have your own parking space for your car. This Canarian holiday home with its own pool (diameter 5.5m) is located on an 8000 sqm plot with a total of 2 holiday homes. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with living area and a large terrace. All houses on this finca are on their own with their own property and pool. Each has its own access, terrace and barbecue area. The finca is located in the sunny south-east of the island, about 250m above Candelaria, in Malpais de Candelaria. Here, surrounded by green landscape, you can enjoy the peace and nature on vacation. The beach of La Candelaria is only about 10 minutes away by car.
