The Villa is outstanding, and the excellent pool, deck space and outdoor seating options in particular were perfect for our needs. Not too far from the beach, the Pine Walk and plenty of restaurants, with the mini-market close by for daily essentials. Brilliant support on the ground from Debbie who could not have been more helpful. We booked for 2026 before we left!'' ​

A short walk to the Pine Walk and the excellent gin bar at the Hotel Illa D'or. On arrival we were met with the most generous welcome basket with wine, water, beers, juice, milk, bread, crisps, nuts, yogurts, pizza etc etc. The villa even stocked Yorkshire Tea! Never seen anything like it. The villa is very secure, very clean and finished to a high standard. The rooms are a good size and the living areas have everything you need. Bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and embroided towels. This is probably one of the most well equipped villas we've ever stayed at. The poor is a fantastic size and there's plenty of sunbeds and seating outdoors in this quiet little area of town. Wifi was good. TV included British TV channels/Netflix etc. There is a washing machine in a seperate section outside and even more sunbeds on the roof! There's plenty of places to park outside and it was very easy to find. Communication with the owners and the villa manager was excellent. Debbie came and met us on arrival and explained everything in the villa and was on hand for any questions. We wouldn't hesitate in returning to this villa again and highly recommend it.

We have stayed in Puerto de Pollensa twice before but the villas we rented did not tick every box as did Richard and Di’s wonderful villa. We enjoyed being at the end of Pine Walk which was quieter yet only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. As we had our 11 month old granddaughter with us it was easier to eat dinner by the pool at the villa although we did eat out several times. We did go out for brunch most days as that was easier with our granddaughter at Voss on the market square. In conclusion we would not hesitate in recommending The Palms Villa to anyone.''

KL wrote directly to us: Date of Stay: 7th - 14th June 2025: ''Our stay at the Palms was easily the best holiday we’ve ever had in by far the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in; and that’s in over 30yrs together. We loved PP and Les was made up that Josh and Tams joined us given we hardly ever see them. Haha, Debbie is just fab. Les and I always like to leave our rentals clean and tidy, as best we can. Les loves cleaning if Debbie ever needs an assistant! We’ve no social media presence just don’t ‘get’ it. Much of todays technology has passed us by too, therefore outside of airbnb we don’t know how todo online reviews, so apologies for that. ​

The accommodation has exceeded our expectations. We LOVED the pool and outdoor area as it gave use a chance to sit back and relax in the amazing weather we experienced. The location is perfect- very close to the sea and lovely promenade with it's numerous restaurants but in a quiet, peaceful place. We enjoyed the outside areas and the pool is a really good size. The old town of Pollensa is definitely worth a visit. We would certainly like to return in the future.''

It is clear that lots of thought has been put in to ensure that guests really do have everything that they need for their stay. We felt very taken care of. There were also lovely unexpected touches like the bathrobes and toiletries and even sun hats, to name but a few. It felt like a private hotel in many respects but one that we had all to ourselves!There was an extremely generous Welcome Pack on arrival and Debbie, the Villa Manager went out of her way to make sure that everything was OK during our stay.The Palms is also perfectly located and a walk along the Pine Walk takes you to all the lovely restaurants and old town.'' ​

Great location with restaurants and mini supermarkets within walking distance and the beach visible from the end of the street 😀 We chose this villa because of the outside space and were not disappointed, many areas to relax either in or out of the sun. Pool was a perfect temperature and a great size for a villa. We were a party of 5 adults and my 8 year old nephew and we never felt on top of each other. Puerto Pollenca centre is a 25 minute walk which we did each evening to restaurants and some days to catch the bus to Alcúdia and the old town. Di was a great host and responded to my queries before arrival when Debbie took over who was super helpful and gave us lots of info to make our stay perfect The welcome pack was very thoughtful and much appreciated, especially after a long flight delay, and kept us going until the following evening. The villa was fully equipped for every occasion even having plastic crockery and glasses for poolside use. Absolutely recommended for a peaceful stay, close enough to action if you want it, as a base to explore from or to spend everyday around the pool soaking up the sun with family and/or friends.''

First time staying at the Palms Villa, after an excellent holiday last year in Footprints villa. It did not disappoint. Location is perfect for a family holiday just a short stroll along pine walk to peurto pollensa. We had everything we needed, with a generous welcome pack, and after a delay of 10 hours at the airport having cold beer and wine in the fridge and something for the children was a life saver!! Debbie was super helpful with any queries and the accommodation is first class, with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. Pool is amazing and we definitely will be back.

Debbie was very friendly and helpful, especially with advice about online food shopping. The cake the owners gave us for our big celebration was much appreciated. Beach, shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Review placed on Google Maps: Just returned from a fabulous week staying at The Palms. On arrival, we were delighted to find a very generous welcome pack and that the villa, pool and grounds were just as lovely as the website description/photos. The villa is not only beautiful but has been designed with comfort & practicality in mind. Although we ate out most evenings, on the couple of nights we cooked in the villa, we found the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Beds were very comfortable & we slept well. Aircon was efficient, quiet & easy to operate. Debbie the agent was welcoming & helpful. The location is excellent being close to the seafront/ Pine Walk into town where there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from- we never had a bad meal but 'Dos Kanallos by Totham' in the square was probably our favourite. Taxis are very reasonable if you don't want to walk back, or to bring shopping back from Supermarket (we used Hiper) €7-€8. Lots to do in the area without needing a car, including Boquer Valley walk, bike hire opposite Mar Senses Hotel €8 each for full day, buses to visit Alcudia & Pollensa. Plenty of boat trip options but highly recommend 'Thalassa Philosophy'. Hopefully we will be back!

The perfect villa! The Palms is an incredible villa situated in a quiet residential area just a short 5 minute walk to the famous Pine Walk. Close to bars and restaurants, this villa is just perfect. The villa is beautiful, good size pool with a lovely outdoor seating / dining area. The owners and the service agent, Debbie, go beyond expectations to give you a warm welcome and the welcome pack was outstandingly good. We will return! Thank you.

The Palms is beautiful. It has everything you need. It was absolutely spotless and the decor / finish is high end. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was such a lovely touch to have a welcome hamper of food on arrival. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were great. Debbie was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. All the information provided by Di prior to arrival was great and it made finding the villa very easy. The pool was amazing, perfect for kids and the seating areas were lovely. There was a box of pool toys which the kids loved. It was a really hot week and the air con was amazing! The location of the villa is also perfect, an easy walk to the local shop and cafe and a lovely walk to the local restaurants and beach. We had a fab week and highly recommend The Palms to anyone wanting a great villa in a great location. We hope to be able to come back again too.''

Stayed over Easter and provided a great escape. Peace and quiet just a short walk from the beach. 3 spacious rooms separated from the kitchen/living room. Private pool provided the perfect refreshment after a day in the sun. Looking forward to the next trip over to Majorca to do some more exploring.''

Booking the villa was stress free, any queries were answered quickly. Everything you need for a villa holiday was provided for, complimentary welcome pack, toiletries, pool towels, even condiments in the kitchen. Inside and out of this villa was fabulous. ''We have had many holiday in Pollensa, but The Palms Vill has been the best accommodation so far! The villa is outstanding, plus the extra bits of detail for the stay were fabulous i.e. Welcome pack, toiletries, pool towels etc. We visited 'The Store', the Illa D'or, Small and and excellent Italian restaurant in 'the square' Highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay at The Palms. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for a fabulous week stay. The welcome pack was a thoughtful, generous touch. Fantastic week staying at this villa which is equipped to an excellent standard and very comfortable. In walking distance if some wonderful bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a trip to Alcudia Old Town. From booking to check out nothing too much trouble for the hosts ..special people. Great value stay we will be back ​
