Our popular villa sleeps 6 and has a private swimming pool in a quiet location. The property is detached in a generous plot with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shower room.
Free Wi Fi is included.
The property is licenced and registered with the Murcia Tourist Board as required by Spanish law.

The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of pans, serving dishes and tableware, as well as a few extras that you may not expect to find. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine
Spacious front porch with seating for 5. This is glazed and is perfect in the spring and autumn.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and shower room
Bedroom 3 is spacious with an en-suite bathroom, king size bed, and TV with UK stations.
This room is popular with parents of older children and for parties of couples as it is large and self-contained. As this room is reached by an outside staircase it may not be suitable if you plan to bring young children. We have heard that some people bring the grandparents to look after the children and use this room themselves.
The solarium is accessed via the 3rd Bedroom.
Swimming pool in the front garden is 9x5 metres and is maintained weekly . As it faces west, it gets a lot of sun.
Outside eating area is spacious, and includes a gas BBQ and table for six people. We also have rattan seating with cushions, ideal for a relaxing evening drink.
Rear garden is nicely landscaped and includes an old olive tree.

Having rented many properties ourselves we wanted the villa to be as much as a home from home as possible. The beds are good quality and the bed linen and towels are from John Lewis and Marks and Spencer. We regularly upgrade and replace items - the washing machine and microwave were new in 2019. The paving area around the swimming pool was upgraded, also in 2019. Just recently we had the swimming pool drained and refurbished.
The property is managed by our agent who will meet you on arrival and be available should you need assistance during your stay.

Gillian and I have owned our villa on Camposol for 11 years now. We have invested in bringing the villa up to date over that time. Just recently we have had the swimming pool drained and refurbished. Also the upstairs solarium has been repainted and is perfect for sun worshippers. Warning it gets very hot. We stay at the villa 3 times a year so regularly use the same facilities as guests. We have a local agent who will meet and greet you as well as be on hand if there are any issues.
