Overview
Recently renovated apartment in Edificio Europlaya, 3rd floor, combination of classic Spanish and modern.

Through a secured entrance door you enter the hall of the apartment. This is spacious, bright, and equipped with furniture and fitted wardrobes.
From the hall you go to the hallway, with the door to the bathroom on the right. The bathroom has a bath/shower, a toilet, a sink with drawers, an illuminated mirror, a washing machine, electric heating and a towel drying rack. It is brightly lit and has an automatic air extractor.
You then go through the hallway to the living room. This extends wide from front to back to the dining area. The living/dining area is equipped with cupboards, sofas, table and chairs, television, lighting and electric heating. The window of the dining area is equipped with double glazing, opening and partly in tilt position, mosquito netting, roller blind and a sun canopy.
At the front right in the living room is the open kitchen. This is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave/grill/convection oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender and several kitchen cupboards.
On the right, halfway through the living room is the door to the bedroom. This is spacious, equipped with a wide double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, a glass double door to the terrace and blackout curtains.
At the back right of the living room is the terrace, facing south with lots of light. It is covered and equipped with a large window in 6 parts, all in transparent double glazing. All parts can be opened completely, one of which can also be tilted. The lower windows are equipped with mosquito netting. Roller blinds provide privacy and an electrically operated sun canopy for shade. The heating is electric. Low chairs and a glass table make the terrace cozy. From the terrace you have a wide view outside at full height.
In the living room is the fold-out bed (a mattress on a slatted base). This is the third sleeping place (e.g. for a child).
A doorman and cameras throughout the building, also in the garage, ensure security and safety.
The closed garage with spacious storage room is located on level -1, accessible via the gate on the street, the stairs and the elevators.
