Overview

Recently renovated apartment in Edificio Europlaya, 3rd floor, combination of classic Spanish and modern.
Main entrance and entrance hall on the ground floor along the street Calle Corbeta, number 7.
Wide stairs and 4 lifts, 2 of which go down to the garage on level -1.
Through a secured entrance door you enter the hall of the apartment. This is spacious, bright, and equipped with furniture and fitted wardrobes.
From the hall you go to the hallway, with the door to the bathroom on the right. The bathroom has a bath/shower, a toilet, a sink with drawers, an illuminated mirror, a washing machine, electric heating and a towel drying rack. It is brightly lit and has an automatic air extractor.
You then go through the hallway to the living room. This extends wide from front to back to the dining area. The living/dining area is equipped with cupboards, sofas, table and chairs, television, lighting and electric heating. The window of the dining area is equipped with double glazing, opening and partly in tilt position, mosquito netting, roller blind and a sun canopy.
At the front right in the living room is the open kitchen. This is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave/grill/convection oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender and several kitchen cupboards.
On the right, halfway through the living room is the door to the bedroom. This is spacious, equipped with a wide double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, a glass double door to the terrace and blackout curtains.
At the back right of the living room is the terrace, facing south with lots of light. It is covered and equipped with a large window in 6 parts, all in transparent double glazing. All parts can be opened completely, one of which can also be tilted. The lower windows are equipped with mosquito netting. Roller blinds provide privacy and an electrically operated sun canopy for shade. The heating is electric. Low chairs and a glass table make the terrace cozy. From the terrace you have a wide view outside at full height.
In the living room is the fold-out bed (a mattress on a slatted base). This is the third sleeping place (e.g. for a child).

A doorman and cameras throughout the building, also in the garage, ensure security and safety.

The closed garage with spacious storage room is located on level -1, accessible via the gate on the street, the stairs and the elevators.

Breakage Deposit: €200
The deposit of €200 is payable to the owner, either by prior transfer or in cash upon arrival. You will receive this deposit, minus the electricity consumption and any damage or loss, back on the day of your departure in cash, or within 3 days after your departure by transfer to your bank account.

Het appartement is heerlijk ruim, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op goede loopafstand van strand en voorzieningen. Erg warm welkom, zowel praktisch als persoonlijk.

Greeted by the host who gave us early access. Apartment was spotless, beautifully presented and maintained to a high standard. Jan provided us with a wonderful welcome pack and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could imagine and a large selection of herbs/ spices/condiments, plenty of cleaning/ washing materials including dishwasher tablets . Location was excellent, right in the heart of the restaurants, cafes , bars etc and only a stroll to the beach/ promenade/ old town ( uphill to old town but not difficult) some hustle and bustle at night but nothing disturbing.Local supermarket 50 metres away and large supermarket 100 metres away.This is a fabulous place stay , the host rightly proud of this apartment and a pleasure to deal with. Could not recommend this place highly enough and cannot wait to return asap.

We are absolutely thrilled with our stay in Calpe! Special thanks to the hosts — Jan and Agnes. Such lovely, attentive, and caring people, who immediately make you feel at home. When we arrived, the fridge was already stocked with food: fresh, crispy baguette, cold cuts, cheese, butter, jam, milk, as well as water, beer, and cola. The kitchen also had a wonderful selection of teas, coffee, sugar, salt, and spices — everything thought of down to the smallest detail!The apartment is incredibly clean and cozy, giving you a real home-like feeling. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are all nearby, and the beach is just fantastic and very close.We truly enjoyed our holiday! Jan and Agnes are the best hosts we’ve ever had in all our years of traveling, and that’s saying a lot. And by the way, the coffee cups in the kitchen are absolutely beautiful — they brighten up every morning!We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay with comfort and care!

Ideaal! Tijdens onze fietsstage in Calpe verbleven we in een geweldige accommodatie die perfect was afgestemd op onze behoeften als wielrenners. De locatie was ideaal: dicht bij de bekende beklimmingen en met een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving.Een van de grootste pluspunten was de grote, ruime garage waar we onze fietsen veilig konden stallen. Dit gaf ons niet alleen gemoedsrust, maar ook het gemak om onze fietsen goed te onderhouden na lange ritten. Daarnaast was de accommodatie comfortabel, schoon en goed uitgerust, waardoor we na een zware dag op de fiets optimaal konden ontspannen.Kortom, een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die in Calpe op fietsstage wil gaan! We komen hier zeker terug.

Comodas vacaciones Estuvimos muy agusto en la casa de Jan,cerca de supermercado ,tiendas y muchos restaurantes ,era lo que necesitabamos ,la playa mas cercana está a unos 7min andando ,a las demás nos desplazabanos en coche al reservar también el parking fue muy cómodo para visitar los pueblos de la zona.

Top hospitality The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. There is no outside balcony. The building is very nice, clean and quit. It is located between the boulevard and the beach (200 meters) and the historic center (300 meters). We stayed for two month and loved the place.

Calpe cycling holiday Stayed in the beautiful area of Calpe to ride my bike. The appartement is perfect and felt like home. Parked my car and bike safely in the garage below the building. 10/10 recommendation!

I bought the holiday home, which is next to my house, in 2017 and then renovated it, originally for the holidays of the children and grandchildren. My language is Dutch, but I also speak (limited) English, German, French and Spanish, albeit also with the help of Google Translate.
