The villa has a lovely garden that is private and also has access to a large pool with a bridge that the kids will love. Its only 15 minuets from the beach and a quick walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. Be sure you book this villa early for next years holiday to avoid disappointment.

This villa is perfect for all types of travelers with 2 bedrooms upstairs, one has a double bed the other has a small double and a single bed, the bedroom downstairs has a double bed. A fairly large lounge with brand new TV and DVD player which opens onto its own garden. The upstairs bedrooms both open onto a balcony which means you can truely enjoy alfresco dining for

breakfast. There is a large shared pool which is empty most of the time with a large terrace for the whole family to enjoy. The villa is children friendly and is nicely decorated throughout..

Front and rear gardens with trees and shrubs that includes a outdoor sun terrace with shade and sun with views to Calpe rock. Its a quite location within a gated complex where people live all year round.

Please note the pool does close at 10pm

This villa is perfectly situatied that you can walk to the local shops, Tennis courts and beaches making this place a perfect destination for all types with out having to worry about renting a car
