This beautiful spacious villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and has views of the sea. This Villa is for guests that want a little more for their accommodation.

You enter the villa through a beautiful marble hallway.

The villa is situated on two levels. Level 1 consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with lounge area, main lounge/dining area, bathrooms. The lower level has a large lounge with bedroom and shower room.

The independent marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board. There is also an external washing machine and laundry area.

Off the kitchen is a breakfast room with leather sofas and table for relaxing.

The stylish comfortable lounge has a 3 and 2 seater comfortable sofas plus chair, 52 inch plasma TV with BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5 plus other sky, there is also a DVD and hi fi.

The dining area consists of table and chairs for 4 people. The lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to a balcony with patio furniture, stunning sea views and views over the pool and terrace.

There is also a cool outside bar area by the pool!

The large double bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes, and an en suite with Jacuzzi bath and shower.

Bedroom 2 has king size bed and en suite with shower and bedroom 3 has twin beds. All bedrooms have large wardrobe space and complimenting curtains and furnishings.

The large stunning bathroom consists of a bath with a shower attachment, wc, and sink.

The lower floor consists of a beautiful spacious 2nd lounge has a 40 inch TV with BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5 plus other sky channels. There are 2 x 3 seater sofas plus patio doors that lead to the pool terrace. On this level you find bedroom 4 with double bed and separate shower room with WC.

The large 12 x 5 meter private heated pool is surrounded by its beautiful terrace with artificial grass and lovely ornaments to create a lovely luxurious effect. There are several sets of patio furniture, sun loungers, an outside shower and toilet, a cool roofed bar area with a fridge and BBQ. The outside is totally private and not overlooked. This unique villa sleeps up to 8 people plus infants.

This villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the southern resort of Callao Salvaje.

The resort:
Callao Salvaje is a ten minute drive to the west of Playa de las Americas. Once a quiet fishing village, the resort has blossomed in recent years and is becoming a very popular low key resort. Dotted around the resort are several bars and quality restaurants and the resort centre has even more - catering for a variety of taste.

The villa is a 10 minute walk to the resort centre with hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, a pharmacy, doctors and supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. On the sea front there is the new, lovely sandy beach and beach bar.

The bright lights and beach activity of Playa de las Americas are just a 10 min drive away as are the stunning sandy beaches at Fañabe.

Callao Salvaje is ideally situated to explore the island, as the motorway network which links the island is close by - whether you want to head north to the Tiede National park, or head to the busy resorts of the south. For golf lovers, the nearest course is at Costa Adeje, at just a 5 minute drive away.

The property manager lives in the resort and will meet you on arrival.
