The villa
Fonda is a superb bright new construction villa built and furbished to a modern style. This beautiful two-storey villa offers different living spaces to relax and to enjoy the comfort and the natural light that the house offers both inside and outside. It also offers air conditioning cold/warm through out the villa.
The ground floor boasts a living area nicely furbished that enjoys lots of natural light which sliding doors open to the lovely pool area. The spacious, modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining area has direct access to the covered terrace. This floor also boasts two bright twin bedrooms both with access to the terrace -one has en-suite shower-room. There is a separate shower room.
The first floor consist of a double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to a large terrace with views of the sea in the distance and a sunny twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room and access to a small terrace.

Outside
The spacious pool area is the ideal spot to relax. The fully enclosed garden has a lawn garden and terracing around the large pool (11m x 5m) with sun beds to enjoy the peaceful summery days. The covered terrace and the barbecue with views of the pool is a great place to enjoy “al fresco” meals or just relax and read your favourite book.

Location
This villa is situated in a quiet residential area in Sa Punta des Port, a part of Cala D'Or. About 5/10 minutes walk you reach the small the sandy beach Cala Egos and Cala Egos centre that offers shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The marina of Cala D’Or with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias is about 3 km away. Cala D’Or centre is within 5 minutes drive offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops. This area you also find several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda.
