Overview
Our lovely 3 bedroom duplex house is located in the prestigious & popular region of Cabo Roig. Located only a few yards from 1 of 2 lovely pools, this is an ideal location for a relaxing break any time of year. The living area is on the ground floor and opens out onto a large terrace with built in BBQ for alfresco evenings. A fully fitted kitchen leads to a spacious utility area with washing machine, and shower room.The master bedroom has its own large private balcony. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds.There is a fully fitted toilet and bathroom up stairs and a toilet and shower room down stairs.. Linen and towels provided, but not beach towels. There is air-conditioning in the master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms. The second twin bedroom has a ceiling fan and pedestal fan too. there is British TV in the lounge including most main terrestrial tv channels. This villa also benefits from wifi internet. There is also a CD player too. The kitchen has the usual facilities. The lovely swimming pool is only 5 paces from the house and sun loungers with cushions and outdoor furniture is provided. The popular Cabo Roig Strip with it's many bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes walk away, with the lovely Cabo Roig beach being a similar distance. Everything you will need is within a 10 minute walk including a supermarket and a car hire company if required.
Los Angius V Community
Situated among broad avenues, lined with swaying palms and landscaped gardens. Some forty-five minutes drive south of Alicante airport, lies the delightful peninsular of Cabo Roig.
Cabo Roig rates as one of the most exclusive developments along the Costa Blanca situated five miles from Torrevieja and five minutes drive from the Villamartin golf course. The Maritime Walk, which embraces the whole of the peninsular coastline, gives access to some of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca.
The house is part of the Los Anguis V community, which is well established within Cabo Roig.
It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and 2 communal pools with showers.
The community provides a tranquil respite, yet is close to both shops and restaurants as well as the two Cabo Roig beaches.
Access
The community lies at the end of a no through road and has a private gated entrance.
There is a private car park and an electronic key for the security gate is provided.

Another lovely week at Los Angius V. An ideal situation next to the pool and accessible for the shops and restaurants. The villa has everything we needed but as we eat out all the time didn't try out the cooking utensils!! Chris very helpful and prompt for pick ups as usual. We will certainly come again.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay here, we love the area/location, with so many shops, bars, restaurants and the beach all within 10 minutes walk. The apartment/complex was situated right next to the pool which was perfect for us and our 12 year old. There are plenty of sun beds and chairs to use in the apartment for around the pool. There are fixed umbrella shades around the pool, however the locals appear to like putting their sun beds under them and not using them all day, therefore a spare umbrella in the apartment would have been really useful (also to take along to the beach). The apartment is a little dated but it was perfectly clean and was a lot bigger than expected. All in all, a great holiday and we would love to return!

We really enjoyed our 10 night stay here. Lovely house, big enough for our two families. Our grandsons really enjoyed the pool right outside the door. Lovely quiet location near to beaches and the strip. Few minor issues but Chris dealt with them straight away. Very friendly guy.
A good idea would be a welcome pack or ask if you would like anything if you’re coming in later on a Sunday with a baby, as you have to go out straight away to get basic provisions.
Had a lovely holiday ( finally after 3 years) thank you, look forward to coming back!

Villa is in a lovely complex and right beside the shared pool.
Location of Villa is great for beach (10 min walk) and bars/restaurants (5/10 mins).
Supermarket is also only a 5/10 min walk away.
Chris always on hand if you need him but we had no issues with Villa so all good there.

We stayed at this property a few times before lockdown and couldnt wait to go back again after having to have a 2 year break and it still didn't disappoint this property has everything you could want from communication with key holder to cleanliness,area for beaches,bars and shops great pool right outside the gate, already just waiting for some flight dates so we can book for next year we r 5 ladies that holiday together and absolutely love this place would

Great location with easy access to the coast and beaches, golf and hills inland for trekking and walks. Lots of golf available too. Car is useful and lots of points of interest within 40 minutes drive. Property is clean and tidy with some furnishings, TV and AC upgrades sine my last pre Covid stay. Gated community makes this location a safe, quiet, private space. Great location as a base or just hang out around the pool and local bars / restaurants for the less adventurous.
