Overview

This excellent and self sufficient studio is ideal for a couple to enjoy Spanish sun.

The location is beautifully nested between the centres of La mata and Torrevieja, both hot favourites with Tourists from Scandinavia, France, Germany and UK. There are beautiful parks, beaches to explore. Aromatica park is just round the corner while Molino de Agua is just 15 minute walk. The centre of Torrevieja is well know with bustling tourists and its Marina is not to be missed. There are 2 salt water lakes in the vicinity. This is a perfect spot on the Costa Blanca and can serve as an excellent base to explore the entire Costa Blanca. It is just 45 minutes from Alicante airport. Ideal for a couple but if you have kids, I can arrange a sofa bed.

The Community pool has sea views on one side and the salt lake view on the other side. The corridor/ balcony leading to the property has excellent sea and mountain views. You can also enjoy sea views from the bed or standing in the window sipping your coffee. The Sky is beautiful, filled with magical colours at sunrise and sunset.

There are some very expensive houses in the neighbourhood suggesting the sought after location.

I have had this property for over a year and in this time I have very passionately refurbished it to a very high standard. I had been looking for a sea view apartment and when I first walked in this one, I made up my mind straight away to buy it. What attracted me to this area was its extensive stretches of sandy beaches. I have a few friends who live in the same neighbourhood whom I play tennis with. So I knew the neighbourhood and when I viewed this property, I immediately gave an offer. My favourite place to hang out is the sky bar which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment with breathtaking views. I hope all the guests enjoy the pristine beaches, surroundings and the apartment during their stay and make it a memorable one, wanting to come again.
