The modern kitchen is almost futuristic and comes supplied with everything required for cooking, dining and enjoying spicing up your daily life with the freshest Mediterranean ingredients.
On this ground level, there is one incredibly spacious double bedroom, equipped with A/C, and an amazing sun terrace enjoying exquisite sea views and a luxury ensuite bathroom.
On the next level, there are a further three double bedrooms, all of which enjoy access to a spectacular terrace that wraps around the first floor and enjoys the same stunning views! The first has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and the same high-standard, modern fittings as the rest of the house. The twin room and a further shower room are also on this floor, as is the final bedroom, a double, which has an ensuite. Each of these three bedrooms enjoys access to the superb balcony with magnificent sea views and a set of large sliding doors that allow the light to flood in on the long, light days. All of the bathrooms are modern, bright and furnished with high-quality, comfortable and practical items.
The beautiful and interesting garden offers a range of areas in which to drink, dine and unwind, all with this view of the Spanish coastline! There is even an outdoor kitchen to allow you maximum time to enjoy the terrace.

The superb garden is complete with a vast private pool, relaxation zone of sofas and chairs and a multitude of sun loungers in which to relax and watch the world go by over the Mediterranean Sea. An extra courtyard on the other side of the house ensures you can always find shade, should you seek it. There is also an additional shower and WC on the terrace, so you don’t have to journey inside and deprive yourself of the sun for too long!

And all of this is just a short walk from bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, so you needn’t worry about getting out and about.
