Villa La Vista

The main house is located on the same level as the terrace and pool. The living room, which has direct access to the terrace, features comfortable furniture, a fireplace, and a TV with a DVD player. ADSL internet is also available.

The open-plan kitchen includes a dining area that seats six people. It is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, and a Princess electric citrus juicer. The living area is filled with natural light thanks to large windows and offers stunning views of the sea and mountains. Additionally, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, providing a luxurious option during the hot summer months.

There are three bedrooms: one with two single beds and two with spacious double beds. The house has two bathrooms; one is en suite and includes a double sink, toilet, and walk-in shower, while the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.

In the garage, you will find a Miele washing machine, as well as an extra-large refrigerator and freezer. The entire house has central heating, making it ideal for comfortable winter holidays.

The main attraction of the villa "La Vista" is undoubtedly its fantastic view. As shown in the photos, the holiday home is situated high in the mountains, offering unobstructed panoramic views from the rock of Moraira to the Ifach of Calpe. You can fully enjoy this stunning scenery from the large, spacious terrace under the shade of a tall palm tree, in the naya, or beneath the parasol. The villa features a kidney-shaped private pool, measuring 8 by 4 meters, surrounded by several cushioned sun loungers. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower and several beautiful palm trees, providing everything you need for a perfect holiday on the Costa Blanca.

Adjacent to the terrace is a small, covered patio with a table and chairs, ideal for when the sun becomes too intense. Nearby, you'll also find a brick BBQ. Thanks to its southeast-facing location, the house is sheltered from the chilly northwest winds during the winter months.

The entire property is enclosed, ensuring the safety of pets and small children. The entrance features a large electric gate with remote control access, along with a separate pedestrian door.

Parking is available on the property inside the gate, which includes a garage and covered parking for at least two cars. You’ll also find a table tennis table and a dartboard there, with a play corner for the little ones inside the house, complete with a playhouse, slide, wooden toys, and a blackboard.
