We had a fantastic stay at this well equipped villa. Communication with Martin is always a pleasure and the property manager in Spain (Simon) was very helpful when contacted. The villa is comfortable and everything needed for your stay is available. The villa is in a quiet area and you can walk to Moraira, the walk back uphill is a little challenging but saying that we did the walk once or twice a week. Javea and Calpe are within an easy drive. A booking will not leave you disappointed.

We know the Moraira area well and have rented several properties here over recent years - this is the best! Everything is exactly as described, and is well cared for and maintained, with a helpful and efficient local manager on hand if needed. With small children in our family, the securely gated access to the pool was important, and there was lots of outside space for them to play, also securely gated from the road. The upstairs/downstairs accommodation is ideal for families sharing, and upstairs was perfect for us as a couple before and after the family joined us. Renting in February, we didn't use the lovely pool but were glad of the heating - aircon units with heat option, numerous electric convector heaters, and a very effective woodburner. The glazed naya with lovely view was perfect for meals, and for warm weather there's plenty of outside seating with tables. We're already looking forward to our next stay at this villa.

The villa far exceeded our expectations! From initial booking we had an immediate correspondence from Martin. As never booked via Click Stay before this offered a great deal of reassurance. Martin went out of his way even going as far as hiring a wheelchair for us for a member of our group to use. As advised a car is essential. The accommodation offered everything we needed. The welcome pack of wine, bread, milk and butter was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Simon who managed he property for Martin was more than helpful and came to our aid when a member of our group left eggs boiling on the stove for the day trip and forgot about them!!!! He saved us an hour journey back to which we were very grateful.

The villa is situated in a quiet area of Moraira with stunning views. It had everything we needed from the fantastic sized pool including pool accessories, table tennis table football to the Sky TV to keep the children and adults entertained. The barbecue was perfect very easy to use and a perfect size for a large group of people. We were a party of 7. The layout of the villa with essentially two separate apartments including a kitchen in each was perfect for our group. The rooms were all spacious and very clean.

It was a 25 minute walk down to the beach which was better walking down than back up. The taxi back from the beach was under €7 which was well worth it. There were plenty of bars and local restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed Asia Ye in the village the food and service was first class. I'd also recommend Monroes Carvery we booked the Wednesday and had the famous British Carvery which was delicious. We ate on the veranda which had spectacular views over the surrounding area.

We went to Aqua Natura (water park) and Terra Natura (Zoo). We saved a small fortune by booking our tickets via Tesco Clubcard before we went £5 each instead of €30 plus each. I would defiantly recommend going we had a fab day managed to do both in one day zoo on the morning them water park on the afternoon.

All in all a first class holiday won't be our last visit to Casa Julieta and look forward to going back again soon.

Great location - easy access to local villages, beaches and the major roads. Beautiful views. Every room well equipped and plenty of space for two families to either mix together but also have some privacy as well. Very efficient air-con. Comfortable beds. Great to have a full sky tv package and enjoyed the table tennis table! Well maintained good sized pool with loads of space around it. Thank you very much - we had a wonderful time!

The villa was really well equiped , clean and suited our needs perfectly. We had three families staying here and never once felt on top of each other.

The town had a nice array of bars and restaurants and the villa was just far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough for easy access.

We never felt overlooked by any of the adjacent properties and the pool area was perfect for our needs

The owner Martin was an excellent communicator and we could not fault it in any way.

I would probably return here to stay again in the future.

Thanks for a great week

The whole experience of booking with Martin is all you could wish for. In the lead up to the holiday, he promptly answered any queries I had. A high chair and cot were supplied at no extra cost to me (a rarity in my experience). Martin happily checked with the management company to see if we could arrive at the villa early, which we could. And when we arrived, the basic essentials such as water, milk, and wine were waiting for us in the fridges. The villa itself was perfect for what we needed. Upstairs for my daughter, wife and I, and downstairs for my parents and Aunty and Uncle. The seperate living areas allowed my daughter to sleep undisturbed at night, but we didn't feel separated from downstairs due to two seperate staircases joining us. The views from the upstairs dining area and roof terrace are beautiful, with the sun rising over a ridge right infront of the villa. The gated pool area was ideal, in that my 2 year old daughter could play and enjoy the extensive gardens without the worry of her wandering too close to the pool. The villa is situated in a peaceful, upmarket community. You can hear a pin drop, day and night. Two bars are 15 minutes walk away, and Moraira and the beach is a 30 minute walk. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casa Julieta to my friends, and if we were to stay in Moraira again, Martin would definitely be my first port of call.

Our our fourth stay here and we love it more every time. Having a kitchen both upstairs and downstairs really suits us so we can eat by the pool or on the balcony without having to take things up and down stairs. Having the arrangement as two apartments was great when my son and his girlfriend came to visit as they had their own space and privacy so we weren't on top of each other. great pool, great view and Moraira is full of really good restaurants and shops. Can't praise it enough.

Ive been to this property 3 times now and I cant say enough about it. It provides fantastic accommodation for a romantic couple, for a group of friends, or for a family (or 2!) with children as you can hire both floors (as I read in the guest book that many people do year after year). The property is spotless, spacious, has a fantastic pool & BBQ area, its also very peaceful with it being a few minutes outside of Moraira town centre. You have everything you need within the property, including Sky TV. Moraira town is just a few minutes away and is easily accessible by taxi should you not wish to hire a car, however a car is advisable to explore the wonderful surrounding towns, beaches, ports, countryside, restaurants & bars of which there are plenty. Friday is market day in Moraira, its a great market and the place to do your full grocery shop for your stay in the villa as everythings fresh and great value for money. Overall a great villa and one that I do, and would recommend strongly.

My family holiday with our two sons and our grandchildren at casa julietta was all it promised to be!!!! Excellent Accomodation with all the facilities you require to have a wonderful stay Very very recommendable. If you have an extended family Go for it !! theres lots to do and enjoy in and around Moriara. Andy August 2013

The villa is very spacious as there was 9 of us in total, and there was never an issue of feeling cramped. Pool fantastic for the children. Moraira in itself is lovely and a must!! I have been to Monte Carlo and thought the marina was as good if not better. Beach lovely and could always get a sunbed no problem at 6 euros but worth every penny, all in all this villa is clean, spacious, and moraira is the jewel of the costa, you must go !!! - July 2013

May I take this opportunity to let you know what a superb villa this is, and to thank you for making the booking such an easy trouble free process, we had never booked direct before. The villa is well appointed with everything you could wish for, and the location is fantastic. - Bee Family August 2008We would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Casa Julieta, the villa was perfect to unwind in, and it was well appointed throughout. - Ward Family September 2008We have just returned from our week at your beautiful villa.
