Modern and spacious holiday villa in the perfect location for guests to enjoy all the amenities of the local area. Secluded private pool, 3 bedrooms all air-conditioned, satellite TV, Wi-fi.


The accommodation is set on one level and so ideal for those with young children or who might have difficulty with steps and inclines. Only three steps separate the gated terrace from the pool area

The house is situated in a quiet residential area only 3 minutes' drive from Moraira village and two of its three, blue-flagged beaches. It is surrounded by an attractive and well-tended garden and enjoys extensive views over the surrounding countryside.

A short path leads to the covered porch and front door. The hallway opens to a spacious, open-plan living area. The lounge is to the left and comfortably furnished with two, three-seater sofas, easy chairs and occasional tables. An attractive fireplace houses an open, log-effect gas fire for winter evenings. Double doors open on to the covered terrace and entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with British 'Freesat' satellite connection (including BBC and ITV channels), as well as Spanish digital programmes. A DVD player and i-pod dock provide further amusement and a permanent, unlimited Wi-fi connection enables guests to easily keep in touch with friends and work affairs.A separate reading and sitting area links the lounge to the dining room which is furnished with a rectangular table providing comfortable settings for six. Like the lounge this room has double doors that lead out to the covered and open sun terrace.

The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a wide arch and American style bar. The modern, fully fitted kitchen has been stylishly finished with granite work surfaces and lime washed woodwork. Equipment includes a vitro-ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, kettle and electric toaster.

The roomy master bedroom suite offers a king-size double bed and modern furnishings plus a full, en suite, bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are both furnished with twin, single beds and share a second full bathroom. Large double cupboards in all rooms provide plenty of storage space. All three bedrooms are equipped with their own air-conditioning units and have ceiling fans; mosquito nets and blinds are fitted to all windows.

The covered and open terrace is ideal for outside dining and provides a private and relaxing eating area enjoying extensive views over the surrounding countryside as well as the pool area.A wrought-iron gate at the end of the terrace ensures small children can be easily kept away from the pool area when not supervised.

The swimming pool is rectangular and measures 9 by 4 mts. Integral, tiled steps provide a Roman style end adding a further 1.5 mts to the overall length. The depth graduates between 1 and 2 metres.

Plenty of terrace and garden furniture - loungers, sun umbrellas, tables and chairs plus a portable, kettle barbecue - provide comfortable, outdoor living for all.

The villa stands within its own fully enclosed and gated plot extending to approximately 1,000 sq mts or a quarter of an acre.The garden is maintained throughout the year and fitted with an automatic watering system. Gravel paths wind between beds stocked with a wide variety of Mediterranean shrubs, succulants and varieties of fruit trees including orange, lemon, pomegranate, fig and pear.

When we opened the blinds first thing in the morning, we were greeted by an amazing view from the Balcony that really added to the superb and I have to say, very spacious feel of the Villa. The pool is a great size, and well maintained - as is the whole Villa. The walk into town is great, not too far, and a nice distance to walk off the good food on the way back. There is a good range of restaurants in Town, and I didn't think the prices were too bad. We found there was a good range of supermarkets in easy drive, with the Villa also well situated for easy drives to a range of local spots to snorkel or visit beaches etc. The air conditioning was great at night, along with the Villa's overall facilities. We found the Balcony area was great for BBQ's. The decor and furnishings are all modern, which provides a nice positive feel to the Villa. There is secure off road parking for 2 cars, which I liked. We drove from Alicante airport, which was approximately 50 minutes. This was a nice easy distance, and overall the route is very straight forward. So, all in all, a fabulous Villa, perfect distance from the airport. The whole family whole-heartedly agreed we had a fantastic time. Thanks!

We had a fantastic time in Moraira staying at Casa Alba. Everything about the villa was amazing. It’s all fitted out to a high standard. The kitchen/diner/lounge are perfect but to be honest we didn’t spend much time inside. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace and could spend all evening out there as well if we wanted. We used the barbecue almost every day! The pool is massive and someone came to clean it whilst we were there. We walked into the town (village) 4 times whilst we were there even though we had the car and though it’s not “on the doorstep” it is a very pleasant walk. Overall it was a great holiday and we hope to go back to Casa Alba again this year!
