Overview
The building is called Parque Torresol, it is a new construction, a neighborhood with a family atmosphere, a very quiet area, without the noise of discotheques or drunkards.
Located 500 meters from the popular Levante beach, the urbanization has a swimming pool for adults and children and a paddle tennis court.
In front of the building, a popular open-air market is held every Wednesday and Sunday where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit.
The apartment has 100 M2, it is located on the 17th floor, facing south with sun all day, it has beautiful views of the sea and the city.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two beds.
In a part of the terrace that is closed with glass windows and with shutters there are two trundle beds.
The capacity is six people.
The second bathroom has a walk in shower, bidet, WC and basin.
The kitchen is spacious and has all the comforts: ceramic hob with four burners, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots and pans.
The living room has a large table and six chairs, a sofa and a cabinet with a TV with satellite channels with all the English channels.
The electricity expenses are not included, the cost per Kw. is 0.40 Cts., there is a counter in the apartment.
You have to leave a breakage deposit for 300 Euros at the arrival.
Our service is personal, we attend you personally upon arrival and we are close by in case you need anything during your stay.
The area is very quiet, no noise at all.

The terrace is great, large and with beautiful views. The air conditioning works great. The apartment has everything you need, we have been very comfortable and we will repeat.
Everything was perfect and the host was very kind The swimming pool was very nice for kids and balcony was so big and view amazing
The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The area is very quiet and the pool was not crowded so the children could fully enjoy it. Very good service from the owner
