PERFECT LOCATION Apartment Well equipped. Large balcony. Easy check in, check out. Centrally located within easy walk of paseo, beach, marina, squares but set back enough that no noise disturbance. Would stay again.

Appartement très complet. Peu de choses à rajouter. L ’appartement est ultra fonctionnel et tout est à notre disposition pour passer un bon séjour. Son emplacement est vraiment parfait, aucunement besoin de prendre le véhicule. Tout ce fait à pieds. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Right from the beginning, we had a warm welcome from Adrian who gave us all the details. The house is very close to the beach, supermarket and bus station. The view is spectacular. I had an amazing vacation !

Superbe sejour, appartement au calme mais à proximité de lieux plus animés, 5 minutes de la plage et également d'une superbe Marina. Propriétaire très reactif. A refaire sans hésitation l'année prochaine

We booked this apartment for 10 days. Everything was spot on. It is conveniently located and very clean. Parking is a real asset because the lack of parking space in Benalmadena is felt every year. Perfect for a family that wants to relax and enjoy the sun

The stay was great, the parking space very large and easy exit / access to it. The floor very clean and hygienic at the entrance. So to highlight the views that the terrace has and how wide it is. It has a community pool (it is usually empty) and the neighbors were very nice. The beach is very close, walking is a journey down just 5 min. Nearby there is a supermarket (supersol) and the apartment is very well connected to Puerto Marina, Torremolinos and restaurants. I would recommend a stay here, what's more, I did it to relatives. If I return to Benalmadena I hope to stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Nice, cozy and beautiful apartment close to the beach, supermarkets, city center, and all transportation. The view from the balcony is absolutely breath-taking <3 I recommend this place and I will come back soon !! Thank you guys for everything !

Everything was made easy from before we arrived with reasonable priced transportation to and from the airport with the driver escorting us into the apartment and showing us round. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you could possibly need including an extremely well equipped kitchen. It has a lovely balcony with sea views and is right in the heart of Benalmadena just a short (couple of minutes) stroll from the beach. We will be back! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité de la plage, bien équipé et entretenu conformément au descriptif de l'annonce. We specially enjoy the area near services and near by the sea and the boardwalk. We enjoy also the view from the balcon and the accomodations for staying or eating on it. 23 septembre 2014 Votes utiles:1/1. the appartment was exactly as described,spotlessy clean lovely pool and garden seating areas,we felt very safe and secure and never heard a sound at night.lots of restaurants and bars nearby(the mad ass bar around the corner serves good and reasonably priced food).the walk to the beach takes you under the road so is very convinient.the local sol supermarket makes lovely fresh breads and cakes daily.the only minus was the lack of english speaking tv channels as it is nice to relax in your appartment occasionally.overall we would defenitly recomend the appartment and complex. Mon commentaire Thankyou very much for your kind comments. Because we have clients from all over Europe it is hard to provide TV channels for everyone. However you can watch English TV via the internet and we are also hoping to fit fibre optic broadband so that everyone cat watch their favorite TV programmes. Just returned from a lovely relaxing holiday in Benalmádena. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed including wifi and parking. Everything is really close so didnt really need the car, will know for next time. Gorgeous beach just a few minutes walk. The booking was really easy and we cant wait to come back. Many thanks

Great apartment, within easy reach of the Marina. Fantastic large terrace with BBQ. Very clean with comfortable beds, plenty of towels and good wifi. Easy to book and pay. Very helpful owner and staff. Very secure entry and lift access. We will be back!
