Beautiful apartment with swimming pool and gardens, close to the beach.

Free wifi Nice apartment close to Santa Ana beach. The apartment is well furnished and has a large terrace with beautiful sea views and barbecue. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi internet. It is very comfortable and well equipped. There is a communal pool (open all year), gardens, elevator and private parking. The apartment is close to bars, restaurants, shops and the marina, but is situated in a quiet street. You can also visit Parque Palomo, SeaLife, Benalmadena Pueblo and Marbella. It is also possible to visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Gibralter and Ronda. You can even visit Morocco!

The apartment is located in Benalmadena Costa, west of Malaga and 20 minutes by car or bus from the airport. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the famous marina, which has many international restaurants. You do not need to rent a car in this apartment.

Benalmadena is a municipality of the province of Malaga, consisting of three major urban areas; Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa and Arroyo de la Miel. The city of Malaga is about 12 km west, with Marbella in the east. The area has grown rapidly in recent decades through tourism and has become one of the most important locations on the Costa del Sol.

Benalmadena Costa is home to most attractions, the most important being the beautiful beaches. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and throughout the year there is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

With such a wide and varied range of activities and things to do, every visitor will never get bored when you visit Benalmadena, a city that really is more than a resort.

Places to visit

A promenade stretches along the coast to the Puerto Marina (Marine Port), which offers excellent shopping and restaurants. The marina is also home to the Sea Life Center, home to all types of marine wild life.

You can take a walk to watch the floating hotels and millionaire yachts and at night the Puerto Marina becomes a party zone.

La Paloma Park is a beautiful location in the center of Benalmadena Costa. There is a wonderful array of flora and fauna, plus a menagerie of animals, including chickens, rabbits, goats and exotic birds. The park is beautifully landscaped with themed gardens and rocky waterfalls that lead to the lake. There are two bars in the park where you can relax in the evening listening to the calls of peacocks.

Next to La Paloma Park, you can visit Selwo Marina, the sister of Selwo Adventure Park. Modeled around different locations in South America, you can view close-up dolphins, sea lions, crocodiles, exotic birds and snakes. A penguin settlement has recently been installed that gives a view of the Antarctica in Andalusia.

Great location, 5 mins walk from the beach and the marina. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everything you would need, and has a terrific balcony area. This was our second visit, probably not the last.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Amazing stay! Absolutely amazing stay at Isla Benalmadena 3! Contact was always quick and clear. When we arrived we were shown around the amazing apartment by the super friendly housekeeper. Everything was very clean. The apartment has everything you need-the kitchen has every cooking utensil (not that we used them) and the showers are amazing. The huge terrace is perfect for sunbathing (very private and didn’t feel overlooked) and the smaller terrace is great for sitting and having breakfast and watching the world go by. It is the perfect location- really close to shops, restaurants, bars etc and the beach is only a few minutes walk. The views form the terrace are absolutely stunning. We plan on returning here next year. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. There’s nothing we weren’t happy with
