Overview
A luxury villa situated on a private road, three minutes from the old town of Cancelada with its abundance of gourmet restaurants and cafes, overlooking the fairways of Los Flamingos Golf Course with extensive mountain and sea views. Set in a large, immaculate, mature garden the grounds offer an abundance of space with the tranquillity afforded to a property of this size, fully walled and with automatic electric gates. Overlooking Los Flamingos Golf & 12 min from Puerto Banus and 5 min from the beach.
The villa is built over 3 floors with 4 bedrooms on the top floor, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the lower level, all of which have their own private external door which leads out to a patio, garden and private pool. There is also a games room on the lower level with table tennis, pool table and foosball table.
Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and large electric, fan assisted oven, 2 fridges and a chest freezer.
The outside patio has 3 separate tables which can easily seat 24 people when put end to end and 28 people when used separately.
The villa also has private parking for up to 10 cars and it easily accessible for taxis and shuttle buses.

Stag Do Had a great holiday with 15 of us staying over four days, amazing villa and location would definitely recommend to any large group.
Absolutely ideal The photos of the property look great. Upon arrival it is even better than expected. Certainly has the wow factor and the place is astonishingly huge. There was no need to ‘pick the best room’ as each was just a big and nice as the next. The plot of land is sits on is massive with extensive front and rear gardens. The pool is large with a large patio area surrounding it. Perfect for a wine and cheese day… It was secluded and not overlooked making it perfect for a large group to enjoy themselves without disputing anybody else. Location is great as it makes for a peaceful stay and at the same time a short Uber trip to Puerto Banus. Taxis/Ubers had no trouble in finding the villa and can be requested for an almost immediate pick up. The host was informative and easy to converse with over WhatsApp. As a stag party (albeit slightly longer in the tooth stag party) it was literally the gold standard of accommodation that we had in mind. Would love to return for a longer holiday in the future with the family. In summary, pretty much every member of the group said to me ‘I think this nicest place I have ever been’.
Incredible. If you get the chance, 100% stay here. The villa is huge, so much room and is spotlessly clean The villa is in a beautiful location and because theres only a few houses dotted around, you dont have to be too worried about noise or privacy. The photos dont do it justice. The hosts are so helpful and always on hand to answer questions. Taxis to puerto banus or lidl were easy enough to get and reasonably priced. The ameneties at the villa are plentiful and the beds are comfy too. We'd love to come back again! I cant recommend the property enough. Weve done several big grouo holidays, and this villa was by far the best.
Fantastic villa We stayed with 16 friends at the villa and we were all amazed by the amenities. Beds are comfortable, the villa is beautiful and so is the exterior. Great communication with Cliff too! Hope to come back soon with my family :)
