Overview

Ideal holiday with or without children. This townhouse is set in beautiful tropical gardens with a large, communal swimming pool within a secure, gated urbanization. The house is furnished to a very high standard, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms plus one toilet/washroom downstairs. The en-suite bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, and the bathroom has now been converted into a VERY MODERN WET ROOM with a luxurious, spacious shower. The second bathroom has a bath, shower & bidet.

There is a private patio at the back overlooking tennis courts. Sun lounger beds and cushions are supplied. Each bedroom has an outside balcony and also window blinds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a new washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and 2 coffee machines and all pots & utensils necessary for self-catering. (Iron and ironing board also supplied). The very spacious, marble floor through-lounge has large, very comfortable sofas, a large, HD flat-screen television and DVD player, equipped with lots of DVDs to watch. There is also a stereo SOUND BAR, so you can play all your own music from your mobile via Bluetooth. All rooms have AIR CONDITIONING, and heating for the winter.

Fibre optic internet has been installed in the house, and is included in the price, so you can use the internet or check your emails on your mobile, laptop or tablet. The smart TV has many movie and other apps available to use, some of which are free and some of which require subscription. e.g. Youtube, Netflix, Movistar.
However, reservations that span 2 calendar months may incur an extra charge for the internet in low season periods.

The resort has a communal swimming pool, now gated for Health & safety reasons. The pool is surrounded by a grass garden on which guests can sunbathe. There are 3 large supermarkets (one with free wi-fi), coffee bar, chemist and bank at the entrance to Bel Air. The beach is within a short walk from there. From the house the beach is 8 minutes away by car. Bel Air is situated half way between Estepona and San Pedro, so it's just fifteen minutes' drive to either village, and twenty minutes to Marbella. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. Also, the famous port, Puerto Banus, full of luxury yachts and designer shops, is only fifteen minutes away. The house is also within easy reach of several golf courses. Los Flamingos GOLF course is WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE from the house (3 golf courses together). So, if you want, you can make this a TENNIS and GOLF HOLIDAY. Or you can just swim and relax by the pool, or at the beach.

TENNIS & FITNESS: The tennis court, opposite the back of the house, is a private club and you can check out their details and prices on http://www.belairtennis.com/en/ As well as tennis, they operate fitness classes and padel . They also offer training and also organise matches, Children's summer camps and BBQs.

There is also a gym within walking distance.

From the house, you can also visit Gibraltar (one hour away), Seville, Cordoba or Granada (approx 2-3 hours away). A one day trip to Tangiers can be arranged with coach collection from the Bel Air entrance. The house is also only 10 minutes' drive to the Selwo safari park.

Prices quoted include towels and sheets, and also a Meet & Greet service. There are no additional charges unless you arrange a late flight, in which case my agent will charge you 15 euros for meeting you after 11pm.

There is plenty of parking space all around the urbanization.
As soon as you have made your booking, I will send you a Welcome pack with full details of how to get to the house from the airport, and also how to meet my agent. The pack will also include details about the house and places to visit.
The route to the house from the airport is very easy and straight-forward. You can also use a GPS app on your mobile phone to help make it even easier.

The owner is officially registered with the Andalusian Government Tourist authority.

Lovely town house which was ideal for our family of 5. Stan's communication was excellent and his local agent couldn't have been more helpful. The pool and gardens were calm and a great place to relax. The grounds are very well maintained.

The town house was spacious and very clean. WiFi was excellent which was essential for our kids. Location was great for heading into Estepona and had large supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. We would highly recommend Stan's town house. Excellent value for money.

Nice location great apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a very quiet location. Walking to local shops, bars and local eateries was easy and convenient. The pool and surrounding areas were great and we had a great time using the house as a base for our holiday. Stan was great and the welcome pack and pre arrival details are second to none. We had a great time and the addition of the broadband was very welcome. Fastest broadband I have known in Spain!! Cheers

The town house is located in the Bel Air area of Estepona. It is very picturesque with a stunning well kept garden and large communal pool. The description and pictures are very accurate and the communication with the owner Stan was excellent. We didn't hire a car, but I would definitely recommend that you do as the nearest supermarkets (Lidl and Mercadona) are around a 15 minute walk from the house. We found a lovely beach bar and restaurant called Pepes, again around 25 min walk which was very nice. Our favourite restaurants were Lola's bar, Don Juan and La Grappa. We walked into Cancelada which is very typically Spanish and enjoyed a fabulous meal in a little fish restaurant. There is a tennis club to the rear of the house which is a short walk and there is a bar open to the public. We enjoyed a few drinks there in the afternoon and it's very friendly. The food and drink is very reasonably priced and we didn't have a bad meal whilst we were there. The weather was fantastic and all the walking kept us fit!!! If there had been closer bars etc. I would rate this higher so if you want to explore or go to Estepona, Puerto Banus or Marbella I would say hiring a car is essential. If you just want a chilled holiday with fabulous accommodation then this is perfect. Just a final point to say that there is a bus that goes direct to Estepona which is less than two euros per person and takes around 20 mins. Also buses to Marbella are quite frequent.

Fantastic location & accommodation We were firstly greeted by a friendly chap called Jim who was very efficient with his timings and very welcoming. Jim showed to our accommodation and gave us the Welcome Pack which came in very useful!! The surrounding area was very peaceful as was the pool area, there was lots of space for you to enjoy & it was kept extremely clean. The house itself was very light & airy with lots of space to accommodate 5 adults. It had literally everything we needed from the kitchen, to the lounge & even the patio area!! The main beach we used was San Pedro which was in our opinion beautiful & only 10 minute drive away. We also used Estepona beach which was a little further but well worth the drive as was the town in the evening with plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from!! One find was a restaurant that was recommended in the Welcome Pack and was exactly as Stan said it would be, friendly, great food & a great price!!! Also which is a must is Selwo Adventure Park, we spent most of the day there so make sure you wear comfy shoes but was worth every penny!! All in all we had a fantastic time and would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thanks to Stan for allowing us to stay at his beautiful home & would definitely stay again!!! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent communications from the owner and his agent before and during our stay. The agent (Jim) was very accommodating in respect of our arrival time and our early morning departure on our last day. In addition, Jim helped with our booking for the safari park even though it was a Sunday - most impressive. The inclusion of the air conditioning throughout was excellent. The kitchen was very good and with more than adequate crockery, cutlery, utensils etc for all 5 of us. The lounge/dining room was very good size to accommodate all 5 of us including a 2 years old toddler. The two bathrooms (especially the ensuite) were very good and with the toilet downstairs as well - more than adequate. The main bedroom is excellent. The small bedroom with its single bed was fine for one but we needed a travel cot (which we brought in a suitcase) for the two year old.The third bedroom size was fine and Stan has taken on-board our comments regarding the bed. The adjacent amenities (pool etc) are very good - there is no doubt that the location does require a car. Overall, the property, the owner and agent are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Well maintained townhouse in a lovely gated complex. A car is recommended to explore the nearby towns and resorts which are all easily accessible from here. You can enjoy the sun in the patio area whilst looking at the gorgeous hills behind the house .There are loungers and a table and chairs for al fresco dining in the outdoor patio. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and the nearby communal area well looked after. The ensuite bathroom has recently been upgraded and is very snazzy . Quiet location which is well suited for relaxation and a good night's sleep. The ac/heating was a bonus. I hope to come back in the future .

Excellent The house had everything we required and was very good value for money. The directions from Malaga Airport were spot on. We didn't realise that the swimming pool was so close to the property and spent a few days looking around the whole development for it. It is literally 10 paces from the front door, is a good size and, while we were there, was completely unused by anyone else. It should be born in mind that a car is really a must for most people. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't mind not being in the middle of tourist resorts.

Great accommodation -excellent base for exploring We have stayed at this accommodation now on several occasions over the past few years and can happily recommend it. The house itself is clean and has recently been refurbished with a brand new ensuite bathroom in the Master Bedroom. The descriptions are accurate and the urbanisation is quiet and relaxed, with a lovely swimming pool. The house is ideally located (a car is to be recommended) for exploring wider afield along the coast and it is close to almost all amenities you could wish for - both for self-catering and for restaurants and nightlife. Marbella and Estepona are just minutes away by car, although we took the opportunity to drive a bit further and visit the wonderful towns of Seville and Granada during our stay. Always nice to know that we can come back to the house and relax at the end of a busy day. We have always found the management of the property to be trouble-free - and would happily stay here again.

Spanish Holiday My wife and I enjoyed our first holiday in Spain in 2014 when we stayed in this lovely town house in Bel Air. We found the accommodation to be as advertised and was quite comfortable and well appointed. The location was quiet and we especially enjoyed the sunny terrace overlooking the hills behind Bel Air. The location in Bel Air is central to visit many places on the coast such as Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona. There were also many great markets in the area for picking up those special bargains. We especially enjoyed a day trip to Gibraltar which is well within reach for a pleasant day out. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking at planning a holiday in this lovely part of Spain.

I purchased the house in 1988 as a home because I was living and working in the area. I had to return to England in the recession of 1993 as no work was available in Spain. I kept the house as a holiday home and have undertaken several refurbishments all through the years to keep the property in a very modern state. I have completed the refurbishment of the en-suite bathroom and downstairs toilet. I also installed air conditioning in all the rooms. I grew up, and still live, in London and I am an accountant. After searching the whole area, I found this house was set in the most beautifully designed gardens and kept returning to view again, until I finally bought it. The house was purchased as a home and not just a property to let out. I like to keep the house well maintained and furnished for myself as well as for my guests. The new king-size, memory foam/pocket sprung bed is extremely comfortable. Friends have now purchased another property nearby as they also fell in love with the area.
