It is in a good location being only 5 mins walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurant, a short drive to Begur village (2kms), the beach at Aigua Blava (5kms) and the town of Palafrugell (4km) with its stunning beaches of Callela and Llafranc (9km).
The villa has its own enclosed private garden with lawn, trees and shrubs.

The villa has a split level sitting and dining room (with dining balcony), new flat screen TV with Satellite (limited service), DVD and music centre, WIFI, new open plan kitchen with, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. 2 bedrooms both air conditioning (payable locally) – 1 with a double bed (with doors leading to a sun terrace) and the other with twin beds. Full bathroom.
Outside there is a roof terrace, garden and various areas to eat (undercover or not) with terraces with tables, chairs and a barbecue and also plenty of places to take or avoid the sun.
The private kidney shaped pool is 1 meter deep throughout and is ideal for cooling down and great for kids.
There is a washing machine in the pool room.

Une jolie petite maison avec une symphatique piscine. Elle est très bien située à proximité de toutes les jolies plages de la régions. Très bien équipée et possède un porche très agréable. Il y a un supermarché à seulement 5 min. à pied. Place à la propriété pour garer la voiture.
he property was clean. Enough linen and towels were provided, our overall opinion was good. Every equipment worked. The house location is a great plus, close to the shop, Begur, Pals. very quiet enviroment also.

Maison très agréable, avec petite piscine mais suffisante. Très bon accueil et très bonne communication pendant le séjour.
