Overview
Villa Torcal 1 has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with baths, large living/dining room, and separate, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, fireplace, pellet burner.
Outside there are 2 large terraces which receive the sun all day. There is a gorgrous swimming pool and barbecue where you can cook fresh ingreditents from the countryside! Parking is available for up to 3 cars.
1 Pet is allowed with an extra non refundable cost and only with prior consultation.
Within a 5-minute walk you will find 2 excellent bars/restaurants, and within a a 5-minute drive you arrive in the village of Comares, voted a magical village of Spain, which has bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacym bakery and supermarket. The supermarket is small but has an amazing amount of stuff, however if there is anything that you would like, just ask the friendly owner Paco and for the next day you have it!
Torre del Mar beach is a 30 minute drive away and here there are lots of beach activities and many international restaurants.
Malaga is a 40-minute drive away.
You can also visit Granada and the stunning Alhambra Palace, Beautiful and historical Cordoba, with the oldest Mesquita in Europe and Sevilla, the cpaital of Andalucia.
In Comares you have the best of all worlds, real Spain in an amazing village, beaches within a 40 minute drive and some of the most famous cities of Spain to Visit!
For the heated pool there is an extra cost of 190€ for the week, payable locally, the heated swimming pool is available from April 1 to November 15
There is a deposit security of 500€ at your arrival by credit card and refund 7 days after your departure.
Pets allowed (on demand) with a cost of 50€ for animal.
Air conditioning : Pay per use basis.
Long term rentals do not include electricity or pellets.
The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.
-Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove. Electricity is charged at 0.35€/Kw.
- Air conditioning cost: 30 euros by week is in place for your arrival, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature that you set. Please be aware that air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.

Good place, beautiful views the host are the best, the house is big and nice, I strongly recommend this place.
We spent four nights in the house, and we have been very comfortable. The house is very comfortable, with a comfortable and cozy living room (especially for the winter the fireplace and the pellet boiler are very much appreciated). The exteriors of the house, with the barbecue, the porch and the pool (for the summer) give a lot of play. In the surroundings of the house there are very beautiful towns, such as Comares, and there are possibilities of doing walking routes and other activities (the Comares zip line, for example). The hosts (José Antonio and Isabelle in particular) were very well behaved, attentive and there was good communication and availability when we needed them. Highly recommended!
