Welcome to Villa Aqua Vista, Jávea – a stylish and serene getaway nestled in the hills above Spain’s beautiful Costa Blanca. This modern villa is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering spacious living in a peaceful setting just a short drive from Jávea’s beaches, historic old town, and excellent restaurants.
Inside, the villa features a bright open-plan living and dining area with large windows that frame distant sea views and fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the lounge, creating a welcoming area for gathering and unwinding. There are six well-appointed bedrooms and six bathrooms all with air conditioning. Five of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, while a separate family bathroom includes both a bathtub and shower—ideal for guests with children or those seeking a relaxing soak.
Outside, the villa offers a generous heated private pool surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and shaded seating. Perfect stay in a perfect place Scored 10 10 This villa was absolutely amazing. The pool was great, heated to perfection! The outside space was great. Inside the villa, the space was great. We were 8 adults and there was more than enough space inside also. Location is great, so close to everything (beach, shops, restaurants) but private and quiet enough to relax. The views from the villa are sensational. The hosts were great, always available for any help. To be honest the pictures and description under sell the villa it's so much better than advertised.
