Overview
This large 6 bedroom villa and family home is located in the sought after resort of Moraira. The villa is arranged on two levels with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen and spacious living areas on each floor with all modern amenities. Every bedroom is equipped with either air conditioning or large fans.
The sun terrace has great views over the IFACH golf course to the nearby mountains and also looks out over a big kidney shaped 12 x 6 metre pool. The property is ringed by a large private garden which includes a summer kitchen and barbecue area and adjoins a green zone which means that you can spend your holiday and entertain your guests in secluded privacy.
There is a gym area with an exercise bike and weights machine for people who like to stay in shape whilst on holiday. The adjacent IFACH golf course also includes restaurants and three tennis courts which can be booked by the hour.
There is ample parking behind electronic gates and many bars and restaurants within walking distance which cater for all tastes. The three local beaches are within 10 minutes of the property and a large supermarket is also within walking distance.
It is a perfect place for larger families or groups to spend an ideal vacation which combines large communal areas for parties and dining with secluded "hideaways" if you wish to escape from the crowd for a quieter moment.

Lovely property, car hire in our opinion is essential, certainly in summer, as it is too hot to walk back up hill from supermarkets and restaurants comfortably. Bedrooms all a good size, kitchens well equipped but ovens are poor and take a long time to cook. BBQ area outside appeared very good but we didnt use it. Description does say air con only in 2 rooms out of 6 but the fans in the other rooms only moved the hot air around but it was exceptionally hot this year. Only criticism is the general maintenance of the villa, especially the pool, there are lots of loose tiles on the bottom resulting in cuts to feet, we couldnt get the outside shower to work, there are 5 sunloungers and one of them is broken. The water pressure dropped dramatically when pool being refilled. Excellent communication from owner Mark when there was an issue with the pool system. Overall we had a great holiday in this villa.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house. We made some amazing memories.
The swimming pool is absolutely amazing, it's huge! My children had the best time.
The house itself has everything you need and so much space, again it's huge!
Mark the owner was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. He contacted us whilst we were there just to make sure everything was okay.
You definitely need a hire car staying here. The local bars/restaurants were great. The beaches are lovely.
Would highly recommend staying this amazing house.
