Overview
Set in the lovely location of La Quinta, Amarilla, this beautifully presented villa offers high quality accommodation in a great location just 200 metres from the sea.
Set behind private electric gates the villa offers privacy and peace - ideal for those who want a relaxing holiday in high standard accommodation.
As you walk in you will immediately see you are walking into a true and treasured home from home. To one side of the entrance hall is the kitchen / dining room and from here there is a separate area with a sofa and air conditioning
In the entrance hall there is a utility room with washing machine and 2nd fridge freezer.
To the other side of the entrance hall is a passageway where bedrooms 1 and 2 can be found. Bedroom 1 also known as the Laura Ashley room has a double bed. Bedroom 2 is a family room. It has a bunk bed and also a double bed and is still spacious - so this family room can actually sleep 4. There is a bathroom servicing both of these two bedrooms and also a separate cloakroom with WC.
Further down the passage is the lovely living accommodation with large L shaped sofa and widescreen TV with 100s of channels from around the world in all different languages. (Includes BBC, ITV, SKY, BT etc).

Off the living room is the extremely comfortable master bedroom with double bed and "secret door" to the ensuite bathroom with a bath and a seperate shower with an incorporated music system.
A stair way down from the living area takes you to the "Nautical Suite". Designed for teenagers to adults who like their own space. Here there are 2 platform beds, one double and one single with seperate steps leading to each bed. This room also has an ensuite shower room with WC and has air conditioning. Off the Nautical Suite is a games room with a football table, pool table, books and games, you are sure to find something to entertain all the family.
Back up to the living room and a spiral stair case takes you to the wonderful private roof terrace with a jacuzzi, bar area with a fridge, and stunning sea views. A lovely place to watch the sun go down with a nice cold drink!
Air con is provided in the master bedroom, lounge, kitchen area and the Nautical Suite. All other rooms have fans.
The air con units double as heating in the winter. The lounge has a log fire.
This stunning villa - for the more discerning holiday maker - and will suit anyone who wants to combine high quality accommodation with a relaxing holiday.
Amarilla Golf is a lovely peaceful resort. There are a few bars and restaurants dotted around the resort and within a 10 min walk is a well stocked supermarket.
A 10-15 minute walk from the villa will take you to the new marina that separates the resort of Amarilla with the neighbouring one of Golf Del Sur. Here there are many sea front restaurants, shops and bars. Further into Golf Del Sur is the San Blas Commercial centre with its 3 squares, boutiques, bars and restaurants – many with evening entertainment.
The Spanish fishing village of Los Abrigos is a 10 minute drive and here you will find some lovely sea front fish, meat and pasta restaurants. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are an approximate 15-20 minute drive.

Description doesn't exagerate, perhaps even too modest! Really awesome! We booked for 11 members of our family, from two grandparents, to three daughters, two sons in law, and four grandchildren.
We had stayed for 16 days, yet not all arrived at the same time. Each part of the family had its own privacy in a sleeping rooms, and even youngest yet not three years old had his own small house to play in. Many toys for children, small and teenagers, books to read, party room with pool table, table soccer, nice swimming pool with heated water, youngsters spent there much of the day, spacious kitchen with all amenities, well stocked fridge with courtesy soft and hard drinks, and many many more.
Very spacious, jacuzzi at the top terase, evening lightning in colours, and many many more amenitities. Would love to stay more. Maybe next time.

Superb stay at Nick & Annie’s villa! Could not recommend more highly. From the warm welcome to the well-stocked drinks fridge everything was so well considered and made it a 5* stay in every aspect. We are a family with 2 small children (toddler & baby): the villa has a playhouse to entertain the toddler and bouncer for the baby, not to mention kitchen equipment to cater for all. The pool was warm and the hot tub a perfect complement. Rooms a very good size, lovely decor and great temperature (April visit). Games room a great addition with pool, table football and more. Hosts were so welcoming with excellent communication throughout our stay.
Good location with a small mini market less than 5 min walk, bars & restaurants also a short walk. Highly recommend the villa! Huge thanks to Nick & Annie.

The villa was absolutely perfect in every way - clean, comfortable and private. The owners Nick and Annie have thought of every detail and it has everything you could need, even including a fridge full of drinks. The top terrace was our favourite part, with a lovely hot tub and sea view. The area is quiet, which suited us perfectly. I would highly recommend this villa!

What a beautiful quite location but there where shops, bars and a fab coastal walk at your doorstep
The villa was everything and more and our family had a fantastic time relaxing by the pool, jacuzzi or just hanging out in the games room
There was every home comfort in the villa and the owners pretty much had everything you would need in the kitchen and rest of the villa (very well thought out)
The check in process was quick and easy and so was the checkout (we really were sad to leave) absolutely 5 star rating from us and hopefully we will be back very soon

Our family had a brilliant stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and had every facility we had expected - 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and beautiful pool area. The amount of extras left for guests use including pool inflatables, extra towels, bedding, golf clubs,, hair dryer, straightener etc.. The kitchen layout and utensils meant we had the option of cooking as if at home. Furnished beautifully including with lovely Christmas decorations it truly was a "home from home" experience but with the luxury of sun, a pool and hot tub. Stunning sea views btw from the rooftop where hot tub is located. I would highly recommend this property and Nick and Jo were very accommodating to any of our requests. We hope some day to return.

All I can say is that we really enjoyed our stay at this amazing villa. We want to thank you so much for looking after us. The pool, the villa, the rooms - all perfect. We have enjoyed it. Very restful and tranquil, a lovely little oasis of calm. If we had any questions or problems Jo was quick to help us. Everybody was kind and helpful to us, we really felt at home.
