This wonderful 2 bed penthouse has a huge sunny terrace, combining the highest standard of accommodation with a wonderful location including fantastic sea, golf course and marina views.

Set in an unrivaled location. Amarilla Golf Villas is a an intimate development of high quality units. Each one offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The on-site restaurant and bar has an excellent local reputation - here you can drink or dine, enjoying the stunning views!
The development clearly stands out as one of the best in the area.
Each unit has been furnished to a high standard and offers a high degree of comfort. This particular unit has a large sunny terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views.
Amarilla Golf Villas offers private, individual and luxury accommodation combined with hotel style facilities such as an on-site manager, laundry service and it's own restaurant / bar serving food all day.
There is also a gorgeous pool (heated in the winter months), and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.
This particular 2 bed penthouse offers the ultimate in privacy. Enjoying probably one of the best positions within the complex - and elevated above it - there is a huge sunny private terrace where you can stretch out all day and enjoy the most wonderful views.
There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to terrace. You can wake up, lie on the bed and enjoy the magnificent views.
The 2nd bedroom is small but functional. It has twin beds and both bedrooms share a bathroom.
The living room has a lovely large corner sofa with fantastic views. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The state of the art kitchen offers everything required for dining in.
The apartment does not have a washing machine but a laundry service can be provided.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

Another lovely property on the 19th hole complex . Probably the best uninterrupted views on the golf del sur . Loads of space on the terraces allowing for private sunbathing all day ( great day bed ) . Large lounge and kitchen with good tv with loads of channels . Beds a bit hard but that can be a personal preference and water pressure used to drop out especially if the pool was being cleaned but problem was soon rectified. Ideal location with bar and restaurant on the door step with excellent staff always helpful and accommodating. Supermarket opposite if you want to cook ! Although worth a visit to the larger Mercadona as you enter golf del sur if you want to buy a lot as prices much more reasonable. Lovely 3 week stay and back in 5 weeks to the same complex .

Our second stay at this property and we have already booked again for next year. This property has a wonderful balcony and view second to none. Waking up to the view of the blue sky, sea and harbour is fabulous. The main bedroom is great with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is also lovely with everything you need (although my husband says if there was a microwave it would be perfect!!) We play golf at Amarilla Golf Course and it is only a few minutes walk. A good supermarket is just across the road and the 19th Hole Restaurant, which is on site, is an excellent restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff.

Me and my partner had another stay at this penthouse recently and apart from some niggles, had another lovely stay.
The penthouse is spacious, has pretty much all you need for your stay and has fantastic views we will never tire of! Great views down the golf course to the marina and the Atlantic Ocean one side and views of Mount Teide the other. Complete privacy which we love.
Convenience of a supermarket opposite the development is great, especially when you first arrive and need all your essentials.
19th Hole Bar on-site is very convenient with good food, lovely staff and great entertainment on Friday and Saturday evening.
Hope to get back to this lovely penthouse again soon!

Our 4th visit to Amarilla Golf Villas. Fabulous terrace on the top floor. Apartment is ideal for a couple. Total privacy, a lift, fantastic views, 19th Hole bar/restaurant and in summary, everything you need for a lovely break.

The views over the Golf Course to the Marina and the sparkling sea beyond are amazing… Also the views out the back up to Mount Teide on a clear morning are incredible… Apartment is comfortable with main bedroom a good size.. Second bedroom very small… Everything you need for catering is there in the kitchen for you.. The balcony/terrace is huge and plenty of room for 4 of us… Would I stay here again ??? 100 pc I would… And the attached 19th hole restaurant/ bar is great for food and drink at good prices with brilliant helpful happy staff… Missing the place and I’m only back 24 hours…

We had a wonderful week as a family of 4 in February at Unit 6, it is a very spacious 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with the most amazing view.
The outside space is huge and you get the sun all day. There is now a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient.
Jon was very helpful from start to finish, I would highly recommend.
