Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development of luxury units of the highest quality. Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area.
Amarilla Golf Villas offers private, individual and luxury accommodation combined with hotel style facilities such as an on-site manager, laundry service and it's own restaurant / bar serving food all day.
Here you can relax and enjoy good food and fine wine whilst taking in the wonderful views. There is also a gorgeous pool (heated in the winter months), and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.
Each unit has been furnished to a very high standard and offers the ultimate in comfort. This particular 2 bed penthouse offers the ultimate in comfort. Owning probably one of the best positions within the complex - and elevated above it - there is a huge sunny terrace where you can stretch out all day and enjoy the most wonderful views.
There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to terrace. You can wake up, lie on the bed and enjoy the magnificent views.
The 2nd bedroom is small but functional. It has twin beds and both bedrooms share a bathroom.
The living room has a lovely large corner sofa with fantastic views. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The state of the art kitchen offers everything required for dining in.
The apartment does not have a washing machine but a laundry service can be provided.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

Overall a perfect stay. Just a couple of minor inconveniences which were resolved. Could not work tv but on our third day of our stay in the unit Angelo looked at it but it was “blocked ?”. This was sorted the following day, no problem. As we were staying for 4 weeks we needed an ironing board, we asked for one via Angelo and Bene but it took two weeks before we received one, only a minor upset, again no problem.
It did not stop us rebooking for 5 weeks next year as we really enjoyed every aspect of our stay and hope to even book a couple of weeks before returning in November.

Just stayed at Unit 6 at the beginning of November, lovely place, modern, clean, spectacular views all round. Staff very helpful and pleasant, food in the restaurant is great with a lovely atmosphere. To cap it all, the weather matched the views, 26c and sunny every day, perfect. !

This is the 5 th time I have stayed here and have now stayed in 4 of the 6 apartments
They have always been clean and well equipped and the sun deck with apartment 6 was fantastic as was the bar and the food great pool and location.
For me the staff make staying here a pleasure always willing to help always smiling and always very happy
So would just like to say a huge Thankyou to all the staff and to yourself Jon for a great week and will be seeing you all again

The location sells this property with stunning views of the sea and inland to Teide from the large terrace. Despite the nearby airport, the aircraft noise was not intrusive and generally the area was very quiet in the evening and at night.
There is some building work going on locally, so deducted one star from "area", which is mainly residential.
There is plenty of adjacent parking and the property is secure.
The outside space was well equipped with loungers and seating.
The second bedroom is as described, small and functional but the living accommodation was more than adequate, and I was able to accommodate 2 visitors easily for a few nights.
The property was clean and tidy and there was plenty of cutlery and crockery, although some of the latter needs replacing due to chips.
Most of the fixtures and fittings were from Ikea and are now in need of some readjustment of hinges to allow the doors to close properly. All minor stuff, but couldn't give 5 stars for this.
The provision of a valuables safe was a benefit.
A dishwasher would have been a bonus for me, but I imagine most visitors will be eating out in the many local restaurants.
The nearby 19th hole was extremely convenient, I recommend the cod, and again the views were exceptional.
Great for golfers and very adjacent for the motorway to get to other areas of the island.

Had a wonderful peaceful relaxing stay at Amarilla golf villas . This is the second time we have stayed at unit 6 penthouse apartment the view from the apartment is wonderful , the staff were so friendly and welcoming when we arrived made it so easy . The 19th hole restaurant/bar has a lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere to unwind .many thanks to all the staff and agent Jon for his help . Best wishes Marion
