Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development of luxury units of the highest quality. Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area.
Amarilla Golf Villas offers private, individual and luxury accommodation combined with hotel style facilities such as an on-site manager, laundry service and it's own restaurant / bar serving food all day.
Here you can relax and enjoy good food and fine wine whilst taking in the wonderful views. There is also a gorgeous pool (heated in the winter months), and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.
Each unit has been furnished to a very high standard and offers the ultimate in comfort. This particular 2 bed penthouse offers the ultimate in comfort. Owning probably one of the best positions within the complex - and elevated above it - there is a huge sunny terrace where you can stretch out all day and enjoy the most wonderful views.
There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to terrace. You can wake up, lie on the bed and enjoy the magnificent views.
The 2nd bedroom is small but functional. It has twin beds and both bedrooms share a bathroom.
The living room has a lovely large corner sofa with fantastic views. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The state of the art kitchen offers everything required for dining in.
The apartment does not have a washing machine but a laundry service can be provided.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

Accommodation is perfect very clean with everything you need for a relaxing break in the sun. Outside terrace area is very large with lovely views across golf course to marina and the sea .
Recently returned froma very relaxing week here . The main element of unit 6 is the outside private space , so much privacy plus all the facilities to enjoy it .
Inside the living space is excellent. Views , could not get anything more spectacular especially waking up in the morning .
Comms with the host are very good , very attentive and responsive .
Cafe attached to the building is very good , surprisingly very good quality of food and the staff are excellent , welcoming and provide a very high level of service .
We arrived late evening and were dealt with easily and shown to the apartment, did not get the guys name .. Italian person .. really nice guy and very friendly .. wanted to help .. could not fault any part of the experience .
My wife and I have spend a week in Unit 6.
Pros : Many positive things. First of all the facility has very good view: Ocean in one side and Mount Teide is on the other side. Although there is a nice big terrace surrounding the apartment we felt that we had some level of privacy.
We never had a problem to find a park place for our rental car. The lady who welcomed us has very well explained all details and I did not need to go back and ask questions. Check out process was also very easy. The rooms are big enough to facilitate 4 people, but we were just 2. Rooms, towels and linens were also clean. We found all kitchen tools properly. TV has many channels. Furnitures in and out were all ok and functioning well. I did not need a technical assistance.
We did not use the pool and prefered swimming in the sea. It was nice to watch golfers.
We did not really find a negative point in the apartment or surrounding area.
Last but not least, If we will visit Tenerife island again, we will stay in Unit 6.
Family of four, spent two weeks in unit 6.
The property certainly didn’t disappoint. Clean, spacious and everything you need.
The views from the property are stunning.
The staff at the 19th hole are absolutely amazing.

Our stay at the Luxury Penthouse was fantastic! The apartment was clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and the communication with the agent was so easy. We definitely are planning on visiting again next year!! I would recommend this apartment without any hesitation.
