Lovely high quality apartment in Amarilla Golf with two lovely terraces and beautiful views over the ocean. The apartment has WiFi, satellite TV, air con in the bedroom, and benefits from all day sun!
This lovely high quality and newly refurbished two bed apartment at Marina View has two terraces and stunning sea views.
The apartment is located on the top floor and is bright and spacious throughout.
The stunning open plan living area has a large leather sofa, flat screen satellite TV (normal UK channels) patio doors to large sunny balcony and wonderful views. The balcony has a dining area seating 4 and is a perfect spot for breakfast! The terrace has wonderful views over the golf course to the sea / marina.
The kitchen area is modern, tasteful and well equipped with oven, hob, integrated microwave, fridge, separate freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a also a breakfast bar.
There is also a washing machine in the apartment.
The master bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet and air conditioning. This bedroom has an en suite WC.
The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets.
There is air con in both bedrooms.
There are patio doors leading from both bedrooms to the rear terrace. The terrace benefits from evening sunshine ensuring that between the two terraces the apartment has genuine all day sun.
There is a separate bathroom with shower.
The apartment is fitted with a filtered drinking water system so there is no need to carry or buy drinking water.
The apartment is part of a complex with three delightful pools. There are also two large golf courses nearby.
A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina and the sea. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
This apartment is looked after by a reputable Property Management company who have staff based locally.

Stayed here for a 11 nights December 2022.property as described in advert lovely views and very peaceful adjacent to the golf course and the marina.was also a feature having the two balconies one for the morning sun and other for afternoon sun.also lovely restaurants nearby.our favourite was the Japanese one ten minutes walk from the apartment.also the owner allowed us a late check out on the day of departure as our flight was early evening one.robert tait
Just returned from 4 weeks at Ivan and Susies lovely apartment in Amarilla Golf. We booked our flight independently and the apartment through tenerife - properties. Booking was user friendly and very informative with emails from Jon checking everything was satisfactory. We had a couple of queries before our departure from uk which he dealt with immediately.
On arrival at the apartment (we took a taxi from the airport) it was easy to enter with the key safe arrangement and we were very impressed with the spacious, light, airy and meticulously clean apartment. As we booked for the month we planned to eat in on occasions and there was everything we needed to do this in the well laid out kitchen area.
The views are amazing, sun on the back terrace in the mornings until mid afternoon , just lovely for Al fresco breakfast and the bonus of a second terrace for a sundowner🍹 in the early evening.
Unfortunately due to Covid issues some of the bars/restaurants nearby were closed. Hopefully as things ease they will reopen but we still found enough eateries for our needs. Probably our favourites were El Nautical for coffees/light bites which was around a 20 min walk along the lovely coastline and for main meals the 19th Hole was outstanding along with exceptional service from all the staff. We met Ivan during our stay who is always on hand if needed.

for hassle free holiday booking. Peaceful, wonderful views of marina, sea and mountains. Ivan has golf equipment at the apt which we assume could be used if you wanted to use the apt for a golfing holiday. We were just spectators! 🤓 Thanks to everyone involved in making this a special holiday in the sun

Superb apartment, one of the best we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything including the added advantage of a water filter- no carrying water from the supermarket. It was absolutely spotless and the owners Ivan and Susie couldn't have been more welcoming. There was a bottle of wine and milk waiting for us on our arrival and Ivan so kindly took us back to the airport as he was going nearby - again above and beyond helpful.
We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and hope to return in the future.
We have just returned from 8 nights at this fabulous apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very well appointed, spotlessly clean and stunning views across the golf course and Marina.
Ivan the owner was extremely friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be returning.

Only slight negative was that it would have been nice to have the bed linen changed after the first week.
The property was in a quiet area near the marina. The views on the back balcony were beautiful. The property had everything you needed to have a good holiday. The best compliment I could give would be that I wouldn't think twice in staying there again. Definitely recommend this to future guests.
