Stunning 4 bed, 3 bath villa in Amarilla Golf, with magnificent panoramic sea views, throughout, WiFi, private pool and private terrace.
Overview
Set in a quiet area, yet with all amenities within close walking distance, this villa is well appointed throughout.
The villa has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
On the ground floor there is a lovely new modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave.
There is a lovely open plan living area with sofa, armchair and satellite TV.
There is a bedroom on this floor with double bed, and a separate bathroom.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite shower room.
Patio doors lead from here to the balcony.
There are two further twin bedrooms bedrooms on this floor, serviced by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Accessed by stairs from the landing, there is wonderful private roof terrace offering all day sun and panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views.
The property has its own private heated pool. Approximate dimensions are 5.2m x 2.5m plus the steps. The depth is 1.4 all over except steps area.
Surrounding the pool are plenty of sun beds, plus a table and chairs for al fresco dining!
The villa has a safe in the bedroom, and one in the lounge.
Location
10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The Resort:
Amarilla Golf is a thriving holiday resort. Within walking distance of the villa there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Less than a 10 minute stroll along the coast will bring you to the new marina where there are some lovely sea front restaurants, bars and shops. The main resort centre Golf del Sur is just a couple of minutes drive away (Or 20 minutes walk) and here there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Golf Del Sur has an excellent medical centre / pharmacy.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 20 minute drive. Transport to these attractions is available from the resort. There are many local taxis and we can also supply hire cars through a firm that has an office just 10 minutes walk away.
Los Cristianos is a 15 minute drive away and here you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the relative peace of your wonderful villa.

This apartment is managed by a local management company. Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book, reassured in the knowledge that they are close by.
Car Hire and Airport transfers can be provided.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villa was very clean, bedding and towels changed halfway through our stay. Just had a lovely relaxing time. 😌

Stay was lovely, area quiet, short walk to bars & supermarket. Communication with owner great. Only downside was on a direct flight path, some days planes every 3 mins. Area is just in development stage, so constant banging through the week from construction/workmen. Will be a lovely resort once completed.

This was our second stay at this property and again we absolutely loved it. The villa itself is spacious, clean and has everything you need.
We did arrive early and the villa was left in an awful state by previous guests, however the team of two were in cleaning it and i will be honest it was that bad we even offered to help. i know had we not arrvied early we wouldn't have known but they wouldnt let us help and left the villa in an immaculate condition. How people can treat other peoples property with such disregard if beyond me, however as i said the team had it spot on and we would never have known. The villas location is perfect for us, we absolutley love Golf Del Sur. Jon was always contactable before our stay with any questions and again couldn't be more helpful with anything we asked. We had no issues with this villa at all, beds and sheets clean and comfy, enough glasses and cutlery, fully working washer,dishwasher, hoover, brush, mop honestly you couldn't ask for more. Wifi is spot on too! The kids loved this as much as the pool! The pool was cleaned during my stay twice. we had an issue with a blind not closing in a bedroom again damaged by previous guests, but a quick email and the team was out to sort no questions asked. I would highly recommend this villa, we had a lovely relaxing , fun week and can't wait to return. this is def going to be our go to in Golf Del Sur, and will always go through Jon and his team. Thanks for a fab time.

Having rented villas in Lanzarote previously renting in Tenerife was a first for us.
From start to finish we communicated with Jon who I must say is amazing.
Very thorough and responds quickly to any questions and requirements asked of him.
Transfer from airport in 10 minutes to this amazing villa is just what we needed after a long days travelling.
Upon our arrival we couldn’t believe our luck at finding this place. Just wow!
Spacious for a group of 6 adults and 2 teenagers.
The villa was extremely clean and has plenty of facilities and amenities.
The pool was of good size also.
It’s a short stroll to a few restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket that has all your holiday requirements and doesn’t break the bank at it.
A 20 minute walk along the costal path takes you over to San Blas which has a lot of lovely little shops restaurants and bars which I recommend you do!
The bus stop which takes you to Siam Park or Siam mall is literally a 10 minute quick walk away and if free on a Thursday leaving at 10am and returning at 1.30pm.
But for the shoppers or explorers in you we got a taxi from the mall into Costa Adeje cost €10 and spent the day there after a quick shop at the mall.
Would definitely rebook this villa in future and can’t wait to return to Tenerife soon

First class Villa with everything you could possibly want for a relaxing break. Great to have the heated pool and plenty of good sunbeds to use. Lots of good places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Would definitely go back.

We stayed at the villa over the Christmas holidays. check in was easy with the keys left in a secure box ready for our arrival. The villa was tidy and clean. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking if required. (A bacon sandwich was the limit of our cooking!). The pool was well heated and perfect for a December break. It was used daily and the pool man visited once a week.
Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions the villa was not cleaned mid stay although clean bedding and towels were available if we needed them.
This booking was originally made January 2020. Jon was helpful in allowing us to delay the villa for another year when it was apparent we would not be able to travel during December 2020.
