Stunning 4 bed, 3 bath villa in Amarilla Golf, with magnificent panoramic sea views, throughout, WiFi, private pool and private terrace.

Overview

Set in a quiet area, yet with all amenities within close walking distance, this villa is well appointed throughout.

The villa has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

On the ground floor there is a lovely new modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave.
There is a lovely open plan living area with sofa, armchair and satellite TV.
There is a bedroom on this floor with double bed, and a separate bathroom.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite shower room.
Patio doors lead from here to the balcony.

There are two further twin bedrooms bedrooms on this floor, serviced by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Accessed by stairs from the landing, there is wonderful private roof terrace offering all day sun and panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views.

The property has its own private heated pool. Approximate dimensions are 5.2m x 2.5m plus the steps. The depth is 1.4 all over except steps area.
Surrounding the pool are plenty of sun beds, plus a table and chairs for al fresco dining!

The villa has a safe in the bedroom, and one in the lounge.

Location
10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The Resort:

Amarilla Golf is a thriving holiday resort. Within walking distance of the villa there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Less than a 10 minute stroll along the coast will bring you to the new marina where there are some lovely sea front restaurants, bars and shops. The main resort centre Golf del Sur is just a couple of minutes drive away (Or 20 minutes walk) and here there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Golf Del Sur has a pharmacy.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 20 minute drive. Transport to these attractions is available from the resort. There are many local taxis and we can also supply hire cars through a firm that has an office just 10 minutes walk away.

Los Cristianos is a 15 minute drive away and here you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the relative peace of your wonderful villa.

Property Management

This apartment is managed by a local management company. Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book, reassured in the knowledge that they are close by.

Car Hire and Airport transfers can be provided.

We are a family of 6…4 teenagers. The property was clean and tidy and had all we needed. The area is quiet and peaceful. Supermarket within walking distance. We walked to the marina for restaurants and got a taxi to San Blas and walked twice too. The kids wanted some more night life so we got a taxi to las americas twice too which was around 30 euros. The villa itself was spotless, the pool was cleaned midway but no bedding or towel change (10 day break) was no issue as I washed the towels in the washer that’s there. Thank you for having us it was just what we all needed

Stay was lovely, area quiet, short walk to bars & supermarket. Communication with owner great. Only downside was on a direct flight path, some days planes every 3 mins. Area is just in development stage, so constant banging through the week from construction/workmen. Will be a lovely resort once completed.

This was our second stay at this property and again we absolutely loved it. The villa itself is spacious, clean and has everything you need.
We did arrive early and the villa was left in an awful state by previous guests, however the team of two were in cleaning it and i will be honest it was that bad we even offered to help. i know had we not arrvied early we wouldn't have known but they wouldnt let us help and left the villa in an immaculate condition. How people can treat other peoples property with such disregard if beyond me, however as i said the team had it spot on and we would never have known. The villas location is perfect for us, we absolutley love Golf Del Sur. Jon was always contactable before our stay with any questions and again couldn't be more helpful with anything we asked. We had no issues with this villa at all, beds and sheets clean and comfy, enough glasses and cutlery, fully working washer,dishwasher, hoover, brush, mop honestly you couldn't ask for more. Wifi is spot on too! The kids loved this as much as the pool! The pool was cleaned during my stay twice. we had an issue with a blind not closing in a bedroom again damaged by previous guests, but a quick email and the team was out to sort no questions asked. I would highly recommend this villa, we had a lovely relaxing , fun week and can't wait to return. this is def going to be our go to in Golf Del Sur, and will always go through Jon and his team. Thanks for a fab time.

Having rented villas in Lanzarote previously renting in Tenerife was a first for us.

From start to finish we communicated with Jon who I must say is amazing.
Very thorough and responds quickly to any questions and requirements asked of him.

Transfer from airport in 10 minutes to this amazing villa is just what we needed after a long days travelling.

Upon our arrival we couldn’t believe our luck at finding this place. Just wow!

Spacious for a group of 6 adults and 2 teenagers.

The villa was extremely clean and has plenty of facilities and amenities.

The pool was of good size also.

It’s a short stroll to a few restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket that has all your holiday requirements and doesn’t break the bank at it.

A 20 minute walk along the costal path takes you over to San Blas which has a lot of lovely little shops restaurants and bars which I recommend you do!

The bus stop which takes you to Siam Park or Siam mall is literally a 10 minute quick walk away and if free on a Thursday leaving at 10am and returning at 1.30pm.
But for the shoppers or explorers in you we got a taxi from the mall into Costa Adeje cost €10 and spent the day there after a quick shop at the mall.

Would definitely rebook this villa in future and can’t wait to return to Tenerife soon

First class Villa with everything you could possibly want for a relaxing break. Great to have the heated pool and plenty of good sunbeds to use. Lots of good places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Would definitely go back.

We stayed in this villa for a week in July. It was easy to get to, only ten minutes in a taxi from the airport. On arrival the management company were waiting for us with the keys and to show us around. The whole villa was immaculately clean and bright and was very well equipped. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage and comfy beds. There is a lovely modern kitchen with everything you could need. The bathrooms are gorgeous, especially the master en-suite, which is amazing! The living room was lovely and comfy and the kids were delighted with the X-Box360 which they managed to access their X-Box live account from which kept them occupied for hours! The villa has fantastic views over the golf course to the sea from most rooms, the pool area, master bedroom balcony and roof terrace. On the other side there is a great view over the mountains which had fab sunsets. Outside there was plenty of space, lovely big dining table, comfy outdoor sofas, parasols and enough loungers for the 8 of us. The pool was lovely and clean and warm. There were loads of woggles, bodyboards, bats and balls to play with and also a couple of bikes (and helmets) which the children rode up and down the street as it is very quiet and the villa is right at the end of a cul-de-sac. In the local area there were several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants scattered around within a 5 minute walk, the closest being an excellent bar/restaurant called the 19th Hole only 200m away. There are also loads of takeaway/delivery restaurants in the area (menus in the villa) The San Miguel Marina and sea front with good choice of restaurants overlooking the sea is around 7 or 8 minutes’ walk and we did this regularly. There are probably 15 restaurants on the seafront and more behind with all different types of food. A 25 minute walk along the sea front is the commercial centre called San Blas with a bigger selection of shops and restaurants with evening entertainment in the square (it’s about EU5 by taxi) There was also a taxi rank a few minutes’ walk from the villa by the Aguamarina Golf Hotel so we found it really easy to get around without a car. We had no trouble finding the large people carrier taxis for 8 people. One day we went to Los Cristianos (15 minutes and EU22), which is a much larger resort and has a lovely sandy beach, the local beach in Amarilla Golf is a rocky one. Most of the time we were quite happy with our pool at the villa but one afternoon we walked to a local bar/restaurant that has a larger swimming pool, called Swing Pool Chiringuito, it was EU3 for each to use the pool all day. The highlight of our holiday was the whale and dolphin watching trip we went on, where we saw several whales and loads of dolphins, which came right up close to the boat. We booked it at the San Miguel Marina. We had private transport to and from the boat, which only took 12 guests, and there was lovely food and drink provided on board. There are all sorts of activities/trips you can do, but there’s only so much we could do in a week. We had a fantastic holiday and would love to go back.
