Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development of luxury units of the highest quality. Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area.
Each unit has been furnished to a very high standard and offers the ultimate in comfort. This particular unit has a large sunny terrace where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views.
Amarilla Golf Villas offers private, individual and luxury accommodation combined with hotel style facilities such as an on-site manager, laundry service and it's own restaurant / bar serving food all day.
Here you can relax and enjoy good food and fine wine whilst taking in the wonderful views.There is also a gorgeous pool (heated in the winter months), and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.
There are 2 bedrooms. 1 has a kingsize bed and ensuite. The other has twin beds and an ensuite.
The living room has two very comfortable sofas. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The state of the art kitchen offers everything required for dining in.
The units at Amarilla Golf Villas do not have their own washing machine but there is a laundry service available.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

We stayed for the second time in Unit 3 of the Amarilla Golf Villas in Tenerife and we liked it again for a 100%, the accomodation is SUPER, the view from the different terraces is breathtaking loverlooking a perfect kept golf course with the Ocean at the end.
The duplex apartment has every luxery you can image with a high standard kitchen, my wife loved to cook in it!
The owner Mr Marcus Werth is around regulary to solve every problem with a smile and a good talk and his whole staff is very friendly with Monica as head of the cleaning team and Bene as the leading lady of the restaurant "The 19th Hole". She is lucky to have such nice personal
as Angelo, Sebastian and others ... I can tell the barraquitto is excellent after a good dinner one can have overthere I even made a video of the making of a barraquitto by Seb to show our friends in Belgium!

Our primary reason for staying at this complex, apart from the fantastic experience, is to enjoy playing golf at Amarilla Golf and Marina. We have stayed in the majority of these units over several years, testament to the high standards. Unit 3 certainly did not disappoint. The unit is well appointed with modern quality appliances in the kitchen and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an extensive TV coverage contributed to what was a very comfortable accommodation experience.
The views over part of the golf course, the marina and sea beyond from the expansive shared terrace add to the relaxing environment.
If you factor in the fantastic social experience offered by Benne (Apologies if spelt incorrectly) Angelo and the team at the 19th Hole on-site bar and restaurant, we would award more stars if they were available. The service and the atmosphere they create is excellent. We feel as if we are treated more as friends rather than just guests. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are a fabulous asset to the enterprise. Thanks for another great holiday.
Stayed at Unit 3 for 2 weeks and it was fantastic, apartment was immaculate clean and stunning kitchen and bedrooms, great views from the balcony and couldn’t be closer to the pool.
Sunbathing patio and grass section excellent and pool was first class.
Outlook over the golf course was amazing day and night and the staff at the 19th hole were excellent.
Only downside which isn’t anything to do with the apartment or facilities but the resort itself was still very quiet and places not open, which is probably a knock on from covid lock downs.
But overall would highly recommend and would visit again.
Excellent communication and provision of information pre-arrival via an app which provided villa details, local amenities and recommended restaurants. Location and orientation of the villas are perfect to enjoy the views over the golf course and ocean beyond. The 19th hole is a very popular socialising spot not only for guests but locals and golfers alike. Look forward to coming again sometime soon. Owan
A very large and bright apartment. It has a spacious and diaphanous ground floor with the kitchen and the living room connected to the pool, unbeatable. On the upper floor, we find two bedrooms and huge terraces (for each of them) where you can rest and have privacy, in addition to the beautiful views we have of the golf course.
