This stunning, luxury 4 bed penthouse has huge sunny terraces, combining the highest standard of accommodation with a wonderful location including fantastic sea, golf course and marina views.
In light of COVID-19 we have implemented the following measures to ensure our guests have the best and safest holiday possible:
1). SELF CHECK-IN – whilst our staff are on-site and available to our clients, you can check-in to your property without the need to be met or interact with anyone.
2). SPECIAL CLEANING – your property will be fully cleaned and sanitised using government standard products. Our cleaners all wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including gloves and masks. A minimum of 3 hours will be left between a client departing and our cleaners entering a property. This allows any droplets in the air to settle on surfaces. Once our cleaners have finished a further 3 hours will be left before clients are allowed to check-in. We will try not to take any “back to back” bookings so this should not affect your normal 3pm check-in time.
3). SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES – All our clients can stay at our villas knowing they are completely safe and private. Should you not wish too, you do not need to mix with any other holiday makers. You can sunbathe on your own terraces. For those who prefer to be around the pool, as we have so much room, all our sun beds will be at least 2 metres away from the next.
4). EATING / DRINKING – We have our own on-site bar / restaurant for outside dining / drinking. Each table is kept well apart from others. You also have the facility to order meals to be delivered to your villa.
5). “WORRY FREE CANCELLATION" – we understand that nothing is certain at the moment so we want to reassure all customers that any new bookings received are on our WORRY FREE policy. You can cancel up to 7 days before your holiday and you will be refunded 75% of your payment.
All travellers to Tenerife from high infected areas to need to show a negative test on arrival (taken within 72 hours).
Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development of luxury units of the highest quality. Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area.
Amarilla Golf Villas offers private, individual and luxury accommodation combined with hotel style facilities such as an on-site manager, laundry service and it's own restaurant / bar serving food all day.
Here you can relax and enjoy good food and fine wine whilst taking in the wonderful views. There is also a gorgeous pool (heated in the winter months), and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.
Each unit has been furnished to a very high standard and offers the ultimate in comfort. This particular 4 bed penthouse offers the ultimate in comfort for larger groups of for those who just want some extra space. Owning probably the best position within the complex - and elevated above it - there is a huge sunny terrace where you can stretch out all day and enjoy the most wonderful views.
There are 4 bedrooms. 1 has a kingsize bed and ensuite. The other 3 have twin beds, one having an ensuite and the other 2 sharing a family bathroom.
The living room has two very comfortable sofas. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The state of the art kitchen offers everything required for dining in.
The apartment does not have a washing machine but there is a laundry service available.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

Amazing property completed to a high specification, not the cheapest available for the area but I challenge anyone to find a better location and view from all areas of the property.
The staff of the 19th Hole which is the restaurant and bar on site, are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
We did have some small snags but there are lots of people to communicate with about these and they’re very quick to reply and help sort these things out.
Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return 🥰
What can i say, we had a fantastic time in the 4-bed penthouse. It is the largest and best apartment in the block. Offers huge space, unbelievable amount of closets, huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom you can dance in.. Terraces facing each direction. Loungers and dining table on the largest terrace. The other bedrooms are smallish but fully adequate, with closet space and additional bathrooms so very comfortable for the group of up to 8 persons. Living room is spacious, with open plan kitchen - as per the pictures, nice and airy. Kitchen is well equipped and we did some cooking as well. The penthouse is so big it requires 2 wifi systems to cover the space (provided). The view overlooking the golf course and marina is breathtaking, even after two weeks it was just stunning..
The pool is nice and good size, a bit on a chilly side, very good for swimming but too cold for lazying around all day in the water. it gets windy as well (April). The bar next to the pool is amazing, good food and very friendly staff. Good value and very convenient if you dont want to go anywhere farther.
I was wondering about the aircraft noise being so close to the airport, but that was no bother at all.
Minor points we could mention - there is no dining table in the living room (there are 2 outdoor ones); minor technical issues were solved immediately upon request, the laundry is not free as advertised but comes with a small fee and the pool temperature could be higher, but these were very minor points. The biggest negative was that the vacation was too short!:)))
We also saw a 2-bed penthouse on the top floor and the 3-bedroom on the ground floor - all are beautiful apartments. Highly recommended.
This was not our first stay at this property but the first stay at this excellent penthouse. We booked immediately after our previous visit to one of the other units in 2019. All five of us were excited to occupy this property and experience the fantastic service, hospitality and friendliness from Angelo, Sebastian and the whole team at the 19th Hole. The penthouse is spacious, well appointed with superb panoramic views from terraces around the whole property. I can say this is a perfect base from which to enjoy a golfing experience at Amarilla Golf, or to relax and enjoy the sunshine and hospitality. Marcus, the owner and Clickstay have yet again provided a great holiday experience, from the initial hassle free booking, communication and overall assistance. We would return without hesitation. We were surprised that the apartment is on the complete second floor of the whole building. Easy access because of the elevator. Balconies are all around so views to sunrise, the sea, sunset and mountains. The master bedroom has lovely french doors to the balcony. We had a very windy week but we always could find a wind free spot at one of the balconies. Waking distance to the sea. (May we recommend Lava Beach restaurant at the seafront? Good food, fresh ingredients, nice service). The only thing we missed was a espresso-machine. There was a filter coffee machine but we are a bit fussy about coffee.... We had a few espresso's at the bar, next to the golfcourse. Nice place to sit. We didn't try the pool because of the windy weather.
Throughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas 19. Apartment comfortable and large with plenty of outdoor space with both morning and evening sun. Loved the views. Ate and drank a couple of times in the onsite restaurant and bar where we were well looked after by the staff. Plenty of places to eat and drink in walking distance.
