Villa Vista - Almuñécar

Villa Vista is a fully equipped home. You will have access to four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three toilets. The villa features a fully fitted kitchen as well as a beautiful outdoor kitchen with BBQ facilities. In addition, Villa Vista offers a very large panoramic terrace. On one side you can see the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, while on the other side you enjoy stunning sea views and can spot a lighthouse in the distance. Both during the day and in the evening, the scenery is truly breathtaking.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning that provides both heating and cooling. Guests also have free access to two swimming pools in the neighborhood: the Panoramic Pool (open year-round) and the Infinity Pool (open from mid-June to mid-September).

Villa Vista is located in the charming coastal town of Almuñécar. Here you will find authentic Spanish streets with tapas bars and excellent restaurants, as well as all major modern supermarkets. Of course, you can also enjoy numerous beach bars and seaside restaurants (chiringuitos). The local people are very friendly and welcoming.

Villa Vista is ideally situated: just 45 minutes from the Alhambra in Granada, 15 minutes from Nerja, 25 minutes from Frigiliana, and about one hour from Málaga (with an international airport). Andalusia truly lies at your feet. Nature lovers will also find plenty to explore, including beautiful hiking areas and mountain biking routes. Until April 1st, you can enjoy skiing in the Sierra Nevada. As it is only about an hour’s drive away, you can ski in the morning and have lunch on the beach in the afternoon.

Almuñécar is located on the Costa Tropical. Thanks to its unique microclimate, winters are mild and summers are never excessively hot. Every season here is truly beautiful.
