Mirador Majuelo is a 190m2 two story detached property which represents a one of a kind living space. It is located directly between Castillo San Miguel, sharing the two thousand year old roman ancient castle wall and the restored ancient Arabic ceramic workshop, the Alfareria. The property sits on a raised cliff face directly over the Phoenician / Roman salt pods that form part of the Parque Majuelo arboretum. It has uninterrupted westward facing sea view towards and the mountains circling northwards around Almuñecar. It is an easy two block walk to Playa San Cristobal beach everything that has to offer.
The house, purchased in June 2023 has been completely rebuilt and is now a state of the art modern home while still retaining existing features that you would expect in Almuñécar historic Casco Antiguo. The ground floor has divided into two, one bedroom one ensuite bathroom apartments, each with separate entrances off the street. Each apartment has a double sliding glass door which opens onto the exterior private courtyard and individual container garden. The living area is an American style open plan space with lounge, kitchen and dining room. The living area, bedroom and bathroom are all accessed with interior doors to ensure privacy

I first came to Almuñécar over 30 years ago. I’ve travelled the world and the best way to describe this area is New Mexico on the beach. The mountains and sea combine to provide a special climate and vibe that is bluer than the supposed blue zones located around the world. Sedona eat your heart out!! Almuñecar is a small year round aspirin’s city the is very livable, walkable and enjoyable
