It is a big new apartment located in the beautiful setting of sea and tropical environment in Almuñecar (Granada), Costa del Sol and Tropical beach. It has all the amenities for an unforgeteable stay, overlooking the beach, the coast, nearby villages and hills with tropical vegetation. The star place is the terrace with a really beautiful view of the sea. It is the right place for relaxing, chatting, reading, having some drink.... There are three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. Everything is fuly equipped.It also has a relaxing garden, a garage for private parking, nearby tennis and paddle courts, bikes and even a kayack for the most adventurous.
There are availability of Internet wifi service and international tv in the main languages. Also some bikes ar for pleasant ride are possible.
The avenue has a wide and long promenade along the sea and palm trees. Great service restaurants with home, sea and international food, shops in general, and a pharmacy are in the area. Beach restaurants to try delicious seafood are very common in the area. Even an exciting thematic water park may be found in few steps.

There are two nearby airports, Málaga and Granada. The first one will probably be the most international.
