Parking for about 20 vehicles. Main room of 50m2 in which there are 6 sofas, bar cabinet, armchairs, flat TV, dining room with fireplace, Jaima for meditation and relaxation in the garden
The house has heating and air conditioning, has 9 bedrooms with 30 beds. 5 bathrooms containing 9 toilets, 9 sinks, 9 showers. 50 m2 dining room with 4 huge tables for your lunch or dinner. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 coffee makers, 2 microwaves, oven, toaster, 2 fridges with freezers, gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All of them have views of the pool and gardens, air conditioning, wardrobes and have a shared bathroom. The distribution is the following:
1st 2 bunk beds = 4 people
2nd 1 double bed = 2 people
3rd 1 double bed = 2 people
4th 1 bunk = 2 people
5th 2 bunk beds = 4 people

Maria has been fantastic from booking, right the way through to departure. Very helpful with organising activities ahead of our stay and during. The villa was perfect for our group of 21 ladies on a hen weekend/week. Loads of outdoor and indoor space, we didn’t feel cramped at any time. The pool was excellent and very clean. There were plenty of supplies like cutlery, plates, utensils and glassware, all we had to do was buy food and drink. The outdoor bbq area was brilliant for outdoor dining in a shaded area. The games barn was a very cool feature, we were never short of something to do. The tram is close by, very easy to use and a cost effective way of travel. Lots of links to other areas of Alicante and beyond. I would highly recommend Maria and villa to anyone thinking of staying in this location.

The villa was perfect for our big group. Maria was always communicating with us very well. Lots to do with the pool and games room. Nightlife area was an easy 15 minute walk away. Would highly recommend.

My group and I cannot thank Maria enough for our visit. We were a group of university students and there were endless options for things to do. It was a great place for young people with so many things in the house and in the vicinity but also very peaceful, and beautiful surroundings. Maria was a fantastic host, very kind and helpful before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

A great Villa for 14 lads on a stag do to Alicante/benidorm. Pool was great, plenty of space and the party barn was awesome.

Gracias Maria y su equipo! La casa es fantástica, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Pasamos un fin de semana de retiro increíble con 30 personas y todo estuvo perfecto. Definitivamente volveremos! AAA++++
