Best described as style over substance. At one time it is clear that this villa, beautifully designed, is now in much need of maintenance and TLC. The master suite on the top floor is the best for storage and bathroom facilities, all the others have limited storage in furniture that whilst quaint is on its last legs! Even the wardrobes in the master don't operate properly. The A/Con in the master suite is not very effective and we had to buy new batteries for the controls to get it to work at all. The kitchen has no air con and being all glass is a greenhouse in the heat that makes it intolerable to spend any time in, there is lots of crockery but the basics of decent knives for preparation and utensils is lacking - again we bought a sharp knife whilst there. Much of the décor is very tired, with some in need of replacement. The TV is Freeview channels only and the reception is very poor so most of the time the TV is unwatchable, so whilst Sky remotes are present this facility is not available to visitors. The pool is mainly in the shade so without heating is cold for much of the day unless you get a couple of good days sunshine fully on it. The steam room is dank and smelt so musty we refused to use it even after trying to cleanse it with the steam. The daily maid service - is not what you may think! Whilst very polite the maid comes daily and only hoses down the outside pool area and every couple of days emptied the kitchen bin - that's it!. I changed our bed linen after the first week and as I couldn't find spare washed and ironed it myself to put back on the bed, we got clean towels by raiding the other bathrooms. Finally BEWARE - I had to fight to get my damage deposit back as the owners were claiming we used excessive electricity! We worked out that the excessive electricity alone they were claiming we used, worked out to us having had a 750 one bar electric fires on, all day, every day of the two weeks we were there - preposterous! After we pointed out that this was not possible, there was no (independent) evidence, and the contract does not allow for this, (we did agree to pay for a glass side table top that cracked after it fell off, as not secured, and the corners were again already chipped) we eventually got the rest of our deposit back. Overall this villa is tired, in need of maintenance and refurbishment and is definitely not worth the price asked. I would not recommend it.

This villa was poorly advertised in the amount of facilities that were either broken or just worn out!
The kitchen was infested with ants, the AC in the property either was broken of half heartily worked! The owner had made no effort whatsoever to make contact and rectify the situation!
Lovely villa, but very poor facilities!
