Our beautiful fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment is bright, modern and is comfortably furnished and well equipped throughout. It is ideal for family holidays all year round. Just 15 minutes stroll away is the blue flag golden beaches of Playa Flamenca with its newly constructed promenade, which links to neighbouring beaches. Only a 5 minute walk away is the popular Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre ,containing numerous bars,restaurants and shops in a plaza style setting. On Saturday mornings there is a huge very popular street market ideal for bargain hunters about 15 minutes walk away.

Situated on the ground floor with its own private parking space, fully equipped kitchen, hot & cold air-conditioning in all rooms,this lovely apartment is a real home from home. The lounge area & 2 of the bedrooms have patio doors which lead out onto the terrace and garden area ideal for alfresco dining, overlooking one of two waterfall pools & garden areas in the El Rincon secure gated complex.The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom & toilet.

Playa Flamenca
Playa Flamenca is situated on the south Costa Blanca coast known for its blue flag sandy beaches. With its temperature averaging 20C and very little rainfall, the hottest temperatures are in July & August when it can reach 40+, with 320 days of sunshire per year. South Costa Blanca is renowned by the World Health Organisation as having one of the healthiest climates in the world and is benefical for people suffering with arthritis, rheumatisum and asthma due to the huge salt lakes nearby rich in minerals that dry the air reducing humidty.

Playa Flamenca is situated in Orihuela Costa comprising 16km of fine sandy beaches, rocky coves and crystal clear waters stretching from Punta Prima through Playa Flamenca & beyond. Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are blug flag beaches with lots of golden sand , they have beach bars and La Zenia the largest of the two has jet skis, pedaloss thoughout the summer, it also boast a rock cliff cafe restaurant with stunning sea views.A go-cart track is also nearby.

Playa Flamenca commercial centre has a large variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Two supermarkets other shops and banks are also located nearby.
The whole area is a golfers paradise with many courses including Campamour and Villa Martin a short 15 minutes drive away or the world famous La Manga around 30 minutes.

Everything you need is in the apartment and the pool is just beyond the yard.

We had a lovely relaxing time here. The apartment was fairly basic but had all we needed & was good value for what we got. The patio was spacious & having the pool right outside the gate was a bonus. We would recommend this for a family with amenities within walking distance.

We had a lovely holiday at El Rincon. We know the area as stayed in la calma previously. Pool is large and can get quite busy. Apartment is spacious. We are family of 5, so it was a good size for us. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Can walk to playa flamenca, may need car to explore other beaches. Zenia boulevard is a 20 mon walk and there is a market nearby on Saturday morning. Yes - I would recommend!

Situated in a good area,easy walking distant to bars and restaurants also a lidl supermarket but a car would be useful to get to beaches
and other areas if you have walking difficulties. We enjoyed our time there
