Coral House (la Calma) - A Large Terrace / 4 Pools -playa Flamena

Bra och bekväm bostad för utflykter och även poolhäng. Mest av allt gillade vi: Uteplatsen med närhet till pool. Parkering i skugga i direkt anslutning till boendet. Promenadavstånd till livsmedelsbutik. Det var trångt mellan handfat - toalett - tvättmaskin. Skulle ganska kunna justeras ganska lätt genom att kapa en del av skivan på handfatet. Ett värdeskåp skulle ha förhöjt vistelsen ett snäpp till.

A lovely compact apartment but has a few issues that need to be addressed Scored 8.0 8.0 The apartment was spotless. Lots of kitchen utensils, microwave & oven/hob. It was very close to many supermarkets & restaurants & within an easy walk to a beach. La Zenia Bvld being walkable with again many restaurants & lots of shops. The fridge was far too small as it was only an under counter 1 with a very small freezer section at the top. Unfortunately it didn’t keep our ice or ice cream frozen I went to almost liquid, we did try turning it up but it then froze everything in the fridge including our yogurt & lettuce. Also the washing machine is in the bathroom while this shouldn’t be a problem the marble vanity worktop is so large, to get to the toilet which is between the washing machine & the vanity unit you hit your side on the sticking out marble corner.

Very enjoyable stay as always 5th time in this complex. Great for our short break(5 nights). The complex is very safe and in a great location close to Supermarkets and restaurants in the commercial centre also a short distance to the beach in Playa Flamenca. Only 1 small annoyance the lack of space around the toilet in the bathroom.

Would definitely stay there again no real issues at all. Great location, clean, good facilities and meet and greet was very good. Only a minor issue but only having one set of keys was an issue at times.

Good Residence calme et surveillée. La grande piscine juste à côté de la terrasse qui est très bien équipée. Lit de la chambre confortable. Lidl à 5 minutes à pieds. Literie du salon peu confortable. Pour cause de travaux, la plage la plus proche était à 20 minutes à pieds minimum et le trajet peu agréable car une nationale traverse et il faut atteindre des passerelles pour rejoindre l'autre côté en empruntant des rues des parking ou en marchant sur la voie des vélos.

Property was perfect, we would not hesitate in returning. The property was very well equipped. All the small things you often have to buy when going self catering we're all supplied. Meet and greet was perfect, so accommodating.

Great holiday apartment great ground floor apartment , nice outside space plenty of seating and sunbathing space, out the gate to one of the 4 pools , inside everything you need home from home , bed was comfy , would book again in the near future , sylwia was great showed us around and how things worked etc .

This was our first ever airbnb booking so we were nervous. We needn’t have been as it was exactly as described. The location was fantastic. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and the garden had comfortable furniture and sunbeds. Almost everything you can imagine in a home was there. We even had a welcome bottle of water and wine and fruit bowl, and a bathroom pack of toothbrushes and toothpaste. Small details that mean so much. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Great location, the apartment complex is quiet and felt very safe and secure. The apartment was just as described and was very well thought out and equipped with everything you could possibly need with a lovely outdoor space. Sylwia was also very proactive with her contact and was very welcoming and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Coral House in Playa Flamenca. Communication with the owner prior to and after booking was excellent. We were met at the property by Sylwia, so lovely! There were some nice touches on arrival, lovely fruit basket, water, wine, and in the bathroom new toothbrushes and toothpaste. The apartment is located on the ground floor which meant we could walk straight out to the pool. The complex was really nice and our children enjoyed exploring the different pools. The owner kindly offered to make up 2 beds so our children didn’t have to share. Great location, 2 mins to Lidl and 5mins walk to Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre. Only one little (very little) negative was the toilet had a small leak. We contacted the owner and Slywia who responded immediately. It wasn’t fixed before we left but it didn’t spoil our stay and we would recommend. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

Nice place to stay. A pit old fashioned bathroom with tub but clean. No proper dining table which made my remote work quite difficult.

Wonderful Complexe très agréable et calme. appartement confortable et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Parking gratuit pour le véhicule. Le logement étant situé au RDC, on dispose d'une grande terrasse avec chaise longue , table et chaises pour déjeuner. Des grandes surfaces sont proches pour s'approvisionner. Il faut préciser que la plage est à 20 mn à pied.

Lovely stay. Sylwia, who met us on arrival and departure was a very nice lady and extremely helpful. Great location with back gate straight out to the pool. Lovely comfortable chairs for pool area and well maintained pool area and grounds. Fridge was a little small but as it was only for 2 people it was sufficient.

location good. overpriced the location was good the property next door was being rebuilt and the building work started at 8 am till 6. it was like living on a building site. There was a leak in the bathroom when you emptied the bath the floor flooded. The garden furniture and especially the covers were dirty and the bedding was a bit poor

Holiday at La Calma Playa Flamenco Enjoyed our stay at the apartment in La Calma everything you needed was in the apartment internet good. Sun in the afternoon. Sylwia was very helpful would stay there again Only downside was having just one set of keys

Very Good Er inni á lokuðu svæði. Er öruggt og rólegt. Sólinn ekki komin á verönina fyrr en um kl 14. Svolítið þröngt þegar búið er að setja upp eldhúsborðið.

We loved staying at the Appartment. Sylwia met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The Appartment has a real home from home feel, with lots of little home comforts supplied. I would not hesitate in booking this Appartment again.

Fantastic Apartment The key holder met me at the agreed time which was late in the evening. She was very helpful and informative and contacted me midway through the week to check everything was ok. The apartment was clean, in a great location near shops, restaurants and bars with a 15 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment had everything I needed and more. I couldn’t fault anything and would definitely return again.

Cisza i spokój Bardzo fajny apartament z ładnym i dużym tarasem. Cisza i spokój dookoła. Bardzo blisko do Lidl, restauracji i barów. Plaża ok 10 min spacerem. Apartament bardzo czysty, wygodnie urządzony z klimatyzacja ciepło - zimno i podgrzewaną podłogą w łazience. Wyjście z tarasu na basen i ogród to fajne rozwiązanie w wakacje. Great time Beautiful apartment, much better than the pictures show. The terrace is gorgeous, large and furnished. 4 pools and one almost private. Close to lidl, restaurants and bars. You walk to the beach in 10 minutes. We thank the owners for a nice welcome gift: a bottle of water, wine and a fruit basket. High recommend.

Perfect location A wonderful place, lots of exotic plants, great swimming pools. We felt there like in paradise. Great apartment, large terrace nicely decorated. From the terrace in seconds and you are at the pool. Comfortable and very clean. Urszula is always helpful, she will be happy to advise you and you can see that she knows the region and the surrounding area. It was a great vacation. Restaurants and bars are a few steps from the apartment and the beach can be reached in 10 minutes.
