Overview

Las Moraditas is a hillside location just a 5-minute drive to the pleasant cosmopolitan Town of Adeje, situated on the prestigious Costa Adeje coast.

Our 4-bedroom property is a traditional family home and is set in well-kept gardens private heated pool and sun-bathing terrace, with panoramic views of the southern region of the Island, the Atlantic Ocean, with the Island of La Gomera to the right and the sleepy hills of Mt Teide in the distance.

The villa offers a large open plan living area featuring a solid beam ceiling and typically Spanish ceramic floor, with patio doors leading to the terrace, with a large heated private pool, sunbathing area, a large gazebo to shade from the sun, the open plan living area is fully furnished to a high standard, offers a flat screen television, plus the room has comfortable sofas for all.

The villa has a fully fitted American style kitchen with microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven and grill a gas hob. A kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all the kitchen utensils you may need, plus a breakfast area for the early morning raisers

The villa also benefits from a utility room with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, worktop and further cupboard space and another sink with hot and cold water, iron and ironing board

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and has the added advantage of views of the pool side
The second bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people and includes a double bed a double wardrobe and dressing table with ample dressing space. Next to this bedroom is a fully fitted bathroom that has a large walk-in shower, wash basin bidet and toilet.

The property has a large private terrace leading off the main house through patio doors, with the sun all day long and amazing views that you can sit, relax and enjoy watching the sun come up and go down. For the sporty and energetic guests after their walk up to Teide, Horse Riding or Paragliding or golf after a busy day relax in this very private location

The easy parking is right outside of the front door

Las Moraditas is located on the south of the Island and only a small distance away from the TF1 motorway leading to Las Americas & Los Cristianos. The International Airport is only 15 kilometres away, with 2 major supermarkets only a 5-minute drive from Casa Jorge

With two of the Islands most prestigious Golf Courses close by, which offer beautifully kept greens, practice range, golf shop and club house. Costa Adeje golf course is the nearest not only can you see it from the terrace it is only a 10-minute drive away, the course consists of a 9 hole and an 18-hole course. The famous Abama hotel and golf course is also only a half an hour drive to the west. This location is ideal for paragliders and only a short distance to the jump off point

Las vistas, Las Americas, Torviscas and La Caleta beaches are all a short distance away
