Apartment is located in Belgrade in the very town center, in pedestrian area of Skadarlije, 100m from Skadarska, 300m from Knez Mihailova Street and Republic square.
Skadarlija is located less than 300 metres (330 yd) north-west of Terazije, central Belgrade. It begins right below the Republic Square and stretches along the short, winding Skadarska Street. One of the most famous streets in Belgrade, it is less than 400 metres (440 yd) long. It connects the Despot Stefan Boulevard with the Dušanova Street, near the Bajloni open green market and the Mira Trailović Square, where it extends into the neighborhood of Dorćol.
Flat is on the first floor of the building equipped with intercom and sometime off-rode parking place. 40 m2 apartment contains bedroom with three beds, living room with high quality sofa bed for two persons, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a shared garden with table and chairs.
Breakage Deposit
The Breakage Deposit is to be paid in cash on your arrival in the ammount of 20-40%, depending on the length of your stay, min. ammount 100 Euro.

Perfect location in the heart of the Bohemian quarter of Skadarlija. All we needed was at a short walk. The apartment just renewed offered everything we could need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is very well designed and furbished. You ahve anything you might need for both long and short term. Ihad the pleasure to use a wonderfull LCD TV with DVD Surround System. If you need Internet you can easly use the wirelss broad band available. It is located only on the first floor of a traditional Bohemian building with a wonderfull private garden in the heart of Skadarlija, Belgrades Bohemian Quartier. It is in the very centre and I was able to reach anything I needed withing a very short walking distance. The pedestrain area of Skadarlije is 100m away, the apartment was on a quite side, while still I could reach the pedestrian part of Skadarlije with a short walk. The pedestrian area is always alive, with people singing and palying traditional serbian songs on the road, traditional restaurant and kafana (bars). Knez Mihailova and the Silicon valley are only within a 5 mins walk.
