I rent, on the top floor with lift, a renovated apartment in the absolute center of Belgrade on Kralja Petra. It is only 5 mins (500m) walking from Knez Mihailova, main pedestrian street in Belgrade, 3 min walking from the Kalamegdan(300m) and 30sec (50m) walking from Strahinica Bana, main street for bars and restaurants.

New Furniture in every single room.
Broad Band internet connection (cable), big TV, bar table, big fridge, washing machine,microwave, water boiler, toaster, oven, stereo (full equipment).
Air Conditioning and Central Heating.
New bathroom with glass shower.
Parquet - trendy and worm enviroment.
All the shops, market and main services are at less then 2 mins walk.

Is a car essential?
You don't need the car. TAaxi are cheap and very frequent.
From the Airport Nikola Tesla to the apartment you can catch a taxi for 800 Dinars before 9 pm. and 1.000 Dinars afterwords. Pay attention to the Taxi drivers if they see you're lost they can pay tricks.
I suggest the following Taxi: Pink, Yellow, Plavi, Maxis.
Pay attention don't use private taxi, or big BMW/Merceds taxi!!

You are within 5 min walking distance from any service. Main Pedestrain Road, Shopping, Super Market, Bank, Pharmacy, Hospital, Bars, Restaurant, Clubs ................ you'll be surrounded with services!!!!
Breakage Deposit
The Breakage Deposit is to be paid on your arrival and is equal to 30 to 40% of the total ammount, depending on the length of your stay.

This apartment is in a perfect locatio in Belgrade. Is ideal if you want to be only few meters away from the action. It offer all the conforts and has a wonderful view.
I had a great time in Belgrade and I will return soon.

Sky Apartment! The best, look no further!! We were traveling at last minute, and most Belgrade hotels were full.We came across this apartment on the website and took a chance.This big sunny 2 bedroom apartment is at the top of a building on Kralja Petra at Gospodar Jovanova. The balcony surrounds the apartment on 3 rooms, it is always sunny (if there is sun that day). You can watch the steam come offt he Danube at 6:30am (in March) if you want. There is high speedwi-fi, and tons of cable tv channels. The beds are very comfortable,2 singles and 1 double. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The owners should make a floor-plan for the web site, because the layout is great. It was our first time in Belgrade, so we have nothing to compare, but who needs to compare when this one rocked so hard? The apartment will give 2LJ people a comfortable, fully equipped eagle-eye view of Belgrade old City for a fraction of the cost of local hotels. Giulio and Allesandro are great hosts.
